Just opened in time for football season! Huge dining area & huge patio, each with own full service bar. Inside are giant tables for big groups, giant round comfy stools. There are also old school round booths that seat 6-8 people. Lots of big TVs, not a bad seat in the house! Patio has plenty of TVs, above bar, & on opposite wall; picnic style tables, fire feature with seating; 2 steel-tip dart boards-BRING your own, or they provide w/DL; Some people have even brought good puppy dogs on leashes. (Patio). Haven’t had much food: mozzarella bites were plentiful & tasty. Wings were a bit on the tiny side, but good. Beer is cold. The only 3 things that need to be remedied: servers seem to gather together and chit chat, so the wait for a beer is sometimes ridiculous. 2. for some reason, even when the two doors to the outside area (one on each side) are open, they still require going to the hostess stand at the front-thing is, There are people that will just go around the group in front is trying to get a table! Last: PARKING! There is not enough parking spaces, so if you have a vehicle that can curb it, MANY park next door in empty field. FIX this sh*t, Rich! HOWEVER, it doesn’t stop us or many others, from going!

Got an unsweet tea instead of sweet with packets of sugar instead of being asked if i wanted something else and then when i sent it back for a different drink i was charged for both. . The food is good but waited for 15 min today for a lava cake and it never came. Cancelled it finally and got the check. I'm assuming they had issues today as the waitress said the kitchen was chaos and we weren't the only one that didn't get dessert. I was also charged $1 for a Lil shot glass of ranch that i thought came with the appetizer.. and $.50 cents for sour cream that i asked if it came with my meal and the answer was yes.. not yes and it cost extra. It was frustrating because i waited 2 months after opening to hope they had the kinks worked out and brought my mom out for lunch after church and it was disappointing. The huge atmosphere is also so uninviting and not homey making it feel commercialized and isolating. This location is nothing like the others I've visited. It is very cold and huge overlapping sounding TVs are playing loudly everywhere. It's not a family place it's for men to watch football and drink. We won't be back. Apparently charging people for mistakes being made is a thing here.

First time eating at Boomerjacks, and this brand new location is a lot more spacious than it appears from the outside. From the parking lot, it didn't look like there would be a n empty seat in the house, but there was plenty of space to sit and we didn't wait at all during lunch time on a Saturday. As always anywhere we eat we have to be very careful because of my wife's food allergy. She HAS to eat gluten free or there remainder of our evening is terrible. Luckily for us our waitress (I'm terribly sorry I couldn't recall your name!) was an absolute gem and made sure everything came out right and to our surprise they were able to make almost any dish gluten free. I had the Monte Cristo and my wife had chicken wings with gluten free fries. Service was quick and the staff was friendly and the place was up beat and walls of TVs to watch multiple games of football all at once. We moat definitely enjoyed our first visit there thanks to this young lady and we are certain to be back.

At Boomer Jack’s, a restaurant known for its lively atmosphere, good food, and friendly staff, one server stands out as a true example of professionalism and hospitality: Chasity. Her service goes far beyond simply taking orders and delivering meals. She consistently creates a welcoming environment, ensures every detail of the dining experience is attended to, and leaves guests with the impression that their visit truly mattered.

Warmth and Professionalism

From the moment customers sit down, Chasity greets them with genuine warmth. She balances friendliness with professionalism, making each guest feel both comfortable and respected. Many diners comment that her attentive, upbeat personality sets the tone for their entire meal, creating an experience that feels personalized rather than routine.

Attention to Detail

One of Chasity’s greatest strengths is her ability to anticipate customer needs. Whether it’s keeping drinks filled without being asked, remembering special requests, or checking back at just the right times, she demonstrates an attentiveness that elevates the dining experience. Her attention to detail ensures accuracy in orders and minimizes mistakes, which reflects her strong work ethic and dedication.

Efficiency and Teamwork

Boomer Jack’s can be a busy, fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours. Despite this, Chasity consistently handles her section with efficiency and composure. She manages multiple tables seamlessly, keeping orders organized while still giving each guest the feeling of individual attention. Beyond her own tables, she is known for helping teammates, which strengthens the overall service quality in the restaurant.

Building Customer Loyalty

Great servers turn first-time visitors into repeat customers, and Chasity excels in this area. Guests frequently return not only for the food and atmosphere but because they know Chasity will take care of them. Her ability to connect with customers, remember familiar faces, and provide consistent service builds a strong sense of loyalty to both her and the restaurant.

A Reflection of Boomer Jack’s Values

Ultimately, Chasity represents the best of what Boomer Jack’s strives to be: a place where people can relax, enjoy good food, and feel taken care of. Her professionalism, personality, and commitment to excellence enhance the restaurant’s reputation and set a standard for others to follow.

Conclusion Chasity is more than just a server at Boomer Jack’s; she is a vital part of what makes the restaurant thrive. Through her warmth, efficiency, and dedication, she transforms routine dining into a memorable experience. Customers leave not only satisfied with their meals but also appreciative of the service she provides. In every way, Chasity exemplifies what it means to be a great server, and her presence elevates the...

Since my review was deleted and no one got back to me on it…. Here it is again.

We initially came in for a team going away party due to someone was leaving our team. We are all military. We had a change in waitresses and the first waitress was awesome.. Once the change happened, we had a new waitress named Kim and as one of my teammates was hugging another one, I jokingly said “look you see him he’s touchy, he’s intoxicated” while laughing. Right after that, I said “no ma’am I’m kidding. That’s his personality.” and then we didn’t see her for awhile after she took our drink and food order. So about 20 min went by and we waived her over. Once she came, we asked her where our drinks and food were and she responded that she didn’t feel comfortable serving us. I worked as a waitress at twin peaks and Texas Roadhouse for many years before. I am very familiar with TABC rules and regulations. And none of us were breaking them or intoxicated to the level of cutting off. One of our SFC’s said that’s fine if you aren’t comfortable, can you send another waitress over. She said “I can send the manager over” and we said “ok that works” Tori, the manager on shift, came over and we asked if anyone looks intoxicated. She said no but that’s not the issue. She said that her waitress said we cussed at her and we needed to leave immediately. These types of lies is what tarnishes our reputation and we all heard what was going on. It was about 8 people who said that never happened but she replied with “well that’s what my server said and I will believe her over yall” as someone from the food service industry for 4 years, I appreciate standing up for your co-workers, however this wasn’t the case and didn’t care to hear our side. This was a straight out lie and we were told to leave off of a joke that I told her was a joke 3 times. She didn’t listen and lied about us using cuss words. We don’t do that. Especially when we go out to civilian places knowing the assumption people have about us. This was very offensive and lost this business money because we will not be coming here again unless in uniform to file a grievance. This waitress was out of line and we never were even told she wasn’t going to serve us. Whether that was alcohol or food. We put in food orders with her as well and she never inputted them due to our “intoxication” cut off the whole table because of one joke involving one person. You would think that if we were THAT intoxicated, you would at least put in the food order to try and...

I would first like to say the boomer jacks Customer Service in the beginning of my experience was wonderful. However, the young lady who was saving our table became ill and had to leave early. The next young lady who came to service us, was dynamically, rude, and all parts of our service. She came to the table and was very unreceptive to request for drinks, additional condiments, and information about the service. After we were done with our meal, she brought the bills and there was a gratuity charge. Henceforth, my daughter asked about the gratuity charge. The young lady took the time to clap her hands and say that the first young lady went home and she doesn’t get any of the gratuity.. Then she proceeded to say that The gratuity would be for her only, and we, as a group decided that she didn’t do anything that she was asked to do when it came to serving our table. Therefore, my daughter asked to speak to a manager, and then the young lady proceeded to go over to the cash register in beverage area and speak badly about my family and the service that she was expanding to us. Hence, the young lady did not realize that we were looking in her direction and were able to comprehend that she was saying which was negative statement and offensive behavior and language, which was very unappreciated. The manager said that he would deal with the situation directly and I hope this is true but one thing I will say is that individual is work extremely too hard for their own income and it is a privilege to be able to And share a meal with family, but what is so unfortunate is when those who would choose to be Employed by the Food service industry treat you as though that you owe them something in return for bad service.

Disappointed me...
