An excellent stay! Just opened last week, it was impeccably clean and sparkling! The staff truly shone with their hard work and dedication. Housekeeper Martha went above and beyond to help me when I couldn't get my phone to work for room access, her kindness made me feel truly welcomed. Hilton should be ashamed. Terrible hotel. No daily housekeeping, we had to go to front desk to get fresh linen for all nights past the first. Elevator was So SLOW. Almost always a big crowd waiting for elevator- only 4 floors!! Two elevators only one was working. Front desk manager Vilma was very rude when we questioned the total charge was more than our confirmation online was. Also Charged $5.00 a night for parking???? We always seek out Hilton hotels and have stayed at all but Motel 6 would have been better than this one....

We traveled around several areas looking for a safe place for our family to stay the night and found this Hilton Tru hotel in North Lake. Valerie welcomed us and got us directed to our room with kindness & ease. Margarita greeted us with a cheery southern hospitality as we ate breakfast the next morning! She gave us some great advice on where to shop for a western hat souvenir! The hotel was very clean, neat, and the perfect stopping point on our travels!
