This is the second time we have stayed here and it will be the last. Just horrible quality control and abysmal customer service. First time we overlooked some things because they had just opened and we figured they were working out the kinks.
Rooms are mostly clean but I found trash that wasn’t ours on the floor by the bed while looking for remote that was missing. There was no tv remote control in our room and I looked everywhere for it before calling the front desk. I was told it was by the tv and it wasn’t (like I didn’t look there first) but they did finally bring me one though.
Using the fold out couch for our daughter, the sheets were too small and I noticed it was a twin size and should have been a full so I had to go ask for the right size sheets. They gave me a queen sheet set so still wrong size but it worked. There was also no ice bucket either and I had to go ask for that as well. She took out a bucket that had been nestled in a bucket under the desk. When I asked for a liner for the ice bucket the person at the front desk just gave me a trash bag out of a drawer. No apologies, no explanation, just handing me the items without one word after needing just basic items that should always be available in a hotel room. They did give us a small bag of crackers when we checked in because we had to wait so long because their room key card machine was down. It just went downhill from there. I do not recommend staying here. They also charge for parking. Being a relatively new hotel, they really need to get...
Read moreStayed three nights while visiting Fort Worth for the first time. Overall, the hotel was clean and provided a decent stay. It’s conveniently located right off the highway and close to several restaurants—some even within walking distance.
That said, a few drawbacks affected our overall impression:
Although it’s mentioned on their website, charging for parking at this location feels unnecessary. There's ample space, and the hotel isn’t in a downtown area, near a mall, or close to major attractions. It seems like an easy way to squeeze a few dollars from guests, especially since they didn’t even ask if we had a vehicle or request our license plate number.
The two-queen room was spacious, clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. However, the bathroom was surprisingly cramped—the door nearly touches the toilet when opened. It's puzzling, given how well the rest of the room is designed.
Breakfast was typical that you see other hotels, but the quality was disappointing. The potatoes were undercooked, the omelets rubbery, and the croissants rock-hard. They were also slow to restock items and began cleaning up before 9:30 a.m., even as guests were still arriving around 9:20 a.m.
As a newer hotel, it scores points for cleanliness and its modern appearance. Still, it definitely has room for...
Read moreWe stayed here one night, just passing through. My husband works remotely and he needed to finish some work before we got on the road again. We requested a late checkout because we are lifetime diamond members and were told we had to pay an extra $24 for each hour we stayed past checkout. We had no choice but to pay; but I feel as though we should be entitled to at least an extra hour as diamond lifetime members. When we stay at Marriott properties they always give us a 4:00 checkout- always! Hilton, the best they can do is 12:00 and that’s if we’re lucky. And we had to pay $24 extra for that. ||The room had a weird smell and I woke up with a migraine. The pool looked green and disgusting. I wouldn’t stay here again. I’ll plan our trip back...
