052022am Darshale and the wait staffers are sweet as pie; she loves her work and it shows! But, why is my egg white omelet sitting on the ingredients that flavor the egg whites? It's hard enough having to eat like this! Please help me/us out?
Ordered another omelet to go, as is typical of me at IHOP. It was thrown together so poorly that I refused it. The manager listened to me, then said, "I'll take it off your check." Onder I'd they're going g to get the cook to present food per standards?

051122 5 stars! When I get my order prepared right, the taste can make my eyes roll around in back of my head! It's insane I enjoy it so much! That happened today! Thank you Ms. Amanda for ordering my Spinach and Mushroom omelettes just like I said, because that's the way I like it! I ordered a second one for dinner. Nice tip for her and a donation to which ever cause. Today's experience inspired me!
0 stars for that misfit of a carry out bowl and lid. The lid come off and I need an in-service training to get that lid in so that it stays! The food juices are in the bag, in the car and it gets every where in the house. I mean would it be so bad to have a simple bowl and lid? What's the worst that could happen? Mercy! Customers are reusing an IHOP bowl and lid. The fallout from that sort of thing could ruin a business!
050722 2 stars due to poor attitude and serving skills. She placed more value on demonstrating her ability to take a Spinach and Mushroom omelette order without writing it down and less on getting my order right. Then, she clearly demonstrated that she didn't want to fix the problem she created for me. If I had not been under a time constrant, she would not have been given the opportunity to go back and get it right. Her attitude facilitated my decision to give $0 tip, something I grew away from doing. Folks count on that money! However, she gave away her opportunity to count mine with whatever else she acquired. Don't mess with me.
042822 4 stars. I ordered the Spinach and mushroom omelet with no cooking oil or seasoning for a late dinner. My server from last few times came over to confirm my order; that was smart. Just wish she had said hi. It's only my 4 or 5 visit. My order turned out so great that I ordered it again to go. Got ready to have it for breakfast and found out they did put in the onions and they used that oil to make it. If not for that, the visit was awesome! If I order the same thing twice, I will just have to remind them of the specifics is all. Nice tip for you.

021922 2 stars. They couldn't make me the egg whites, spinach, onions and tomatoes with dry hash browns on the first try. They said they always make it with yokes, cheese and hollandaise. It wasn't until I pointed out that I asked for egg whites that they would even redo it. It's probably not that bad but it wasn't how I ordered it. I have to watch what I eat so all that extra is bad for me. As bad as I hate to waste food, they made me do it. I finished the eggs in about 10 minutes and was waited several minutes before my the rest of my order; dry hash browns, came out. Then I ordered the same dish to take with. Read moreFirstly i would like to add ive never written a review on ANY place or even considered doing so. I typically don’t take reviews seriously and assume that the people were super dramatic. However this definitely needs the poor review. We went in to eat about 5:30, we were served by a girl named savannah. Starting off she didn’t even ask how we were doing, or even remotely try to be friendly . She told us her name too our drink order with a very annoyed face. She brought our drinks back and took out order. When our food came out everything was correct, however all of our drinks were empty. She put our plates on the table and walked away without even asking if anything looked correct, or if we needed refills. She then didn’t come back until we had all finished our meals. When she finally passed by we asked for 2 small sides of eggs for the two kids. She came back about 20 minutes later with one side of eggs, placed them in front of one of the two kids and walked away without a word. So then one ate while the other had to wait. She never came back. So we asked the manager for the other kids egg we asked for. Still took another 10-15 minutes for the second plate of eggs. When she brought the eggs she proceeded to place the check on the table, again without a word, and walked away very quickly. I called her back and said actually we aren’t done. She said “ oh y’all wanted to order ANOTHER thing???” With tons of sarcasm and attitude. I then told her yes We were going to order sundaes for the kids. (It’s the youngest child’s birthday dinner 8 yo) she walked away without responding. Brought back the sundaes a bit later of course didn’t stay to make sure we were good so they had no spoons. They then had to wait to get spoons to eat their ice cream which was melty at this point. When she passed by i then had to ask for refills as well, mind you we still haven’t had a single refill since arriving and we all had empty glasses. She brought the refills and left again. Then we waited another 20 minutes before seeing her again to ask for our check. She comes back with the check places it on the table and says “ i already added the kids eat free discount” and walks away. When she walked away i said have a good day and she then mocked me saying it back with a very snarky attitude. I complained and told the manager the entire story. He did not even seem sympathetic or as if he even cared. I would also like to add the table next to us had the same problem. Except she brought their food out incorrect with only eggs and bacon , and didn’t bring them their pancakes. They waited for their pancakes the entire time we were there. They asked multiple times and she forgot multiple times. They too had empty drinks, the entire time. The manager did not apologize to either of our tables. Or do anything about it. We have come here for years and we will not return to this location due to the lack of customer service. For the record since i don’t know the managers name he was Hispanic i believe and this was on the evening of Tuesday...
