The first time I ate here I was just not in the mood for chicken and I got it and thought oh hey this is pretty good, they made the chicken so tender. Then there was just the overall friendliness of the people serving me and I was apparently becoming a customer for life without realizing it. Now I sometimes like to go other places because everyone does, no one wants to eat the same thing every day, but I'll tell you that the food is superb, the culture delightful, the restaurant is clean, doesn't have table service but has a sort of hybrid of that which makes it might when you have kids with you because they're around checking in with you.
One thing I didn't like was not being able to get my own drinks, that was honestly very annoying, but because of it I just always accept their offer and ask for more drinks whenever they come around, I figure if they're going to keep me from refilling, then at least I will learn to take them up on refills when they come around offering assistance.
Their stance on Christian values also appeals to me because there is so little moral courage these days for people who care about Christianity. Also their toy areas are kept clean and tidy. Their drive through is incredibly fast considering sometimes that line is...
Read moreThis is one of the worst Chick-fil-As I’ve been too. It’s consistently awful. Their frying mix is so concentrated with a pickle taste that even if you get the sandwich plain, all you taste is pickles. It’s so bad that I have only ordered nuggets from this location. Also, our order is ALWAYS wrong. A week ago they ran out of biscuits (another issue), and when my husband ordered chicken minis, he was given four chicken tenders. At 10am. Over the past year and half, they have never gotten my husband’s sandwich right. Something about swapping the cheese and removing the lettuce and pickles is impossible for this location (every other location seems to be capable of handling this). Lastly, their drive through in the morning is so SLOW. I cannot tell you how many times we’ve been in like around 10:05-10:15 and by the time we order they tell us breakfast is over. It is not a fast location. Usually Chick-fil-A provides excellent food and service, but this location is an exception.
If you’re wondering why we keep going back, it’s because it’s the closest one to us. And we love Chick-fil-A (usually). But I wanted everyone to know that this location is HORRIBLE. If you have another one that’s closer or easy to get to, go to that one. You’ll be...
Read moreAs far as fast food goes still well above the average as far as quality and taste. Staff were semi incompetent. They forgot the lady’s fries in front of me and an employee stood between my suv and the window while they waited for them. After several minutes the employee was given fries for the car ahead of me. Then I was given my food. I double checked to make sure I got everything I needed and they forgot my fries as well. I told them window worker and she was like “they forgot yours too?” And she didn’t believe me so I handed her everything back for her to check. Then she came back with all my food and the forgotten fries and didn’t say anything just handed it to me and walked away. I confirmed with her the fries were there since she didn’t make any remarks. And she was rude about it “they’re there.” And as I said ok and started to drive off I heard her rude say “BYEEE!!” In the rude GFTO way not in the traditional friendly Chick-fil-A way. Like any of this was my fault. God forbid I get what I paid...
