This is by far one of the worst experiences at a Starbucks Iāve ever had. Someone needs to start with this - YOU WORK INSIDE A CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. That means at least half of us are here stressed out with sick children , I am currently here with mine in an MRI and this rude counter person canāt even crack a smile , barely speaks above a whisper and then gets our order wrong but because she did not hand me a receipt Iām just out of luck . We asked the coffee server about the breakfast items , who said the counter girl should have gotten them after the counter girl said the coffee girl would get them, then she gets half of it and just literally held out the bag and starred at us sitting across the place , no words just shook the bag , my husband gets up goes over and says what about the other? She just shook her head at him , NO WORDS . He comes back over and I hear the coffee girl say to her what about their croissant? She loudly says āthey didnāt pay for thatā as if we are scumbags trying to get free food - I lost it , I repaid her rudeness by yelling over the entire line of people ā YOU did not take our order correctly and did NOT correct it at any time , itās not that we just didnāt pay you ā . Silence . And yes that was rude , at that point I was so incredibly fed up with her ridiculous behavior combined with the stress of being here and that was the result. Honestly, Iām not sorry one bit, if me being that way is enough to smack her in the face to not treat any other parent so cold and rude then Iām perfectly ok with it . Train these people would you , the customer service skills in general are lacking but combine that with this location- completely unacceptable. Also , if at any point people working here donāt get all this as common sense try this on for size - two coffees and egg bites were 17$ , at that price tag Iām certain you can drum up a smile and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJarvis, this is Dominickās mama and just want to thank you for your kindness. People like you remind me that good people still exist. Starbucks here at cook has been my escape break from the room for my little man. Heās been diagnosed with a serious rare condition that causes him to be in isolation and up at cooks quite often. Itās hard for me to break free, but always so happy to see a heart warming face! You never know what someone is going through and he shows compassion so much to others. They really all do! He just stands out to me most. No matter what heās even going through himself. Heās my blessing in disguise and an angel to my heart. I will be forever thankful when I no longer will have to visit this magical place. I only drink Starbucks here. Itās not the same anywhere else. Everyone is always compassionate and kind. Understanding and pure about their work. I could list names of everyone thatās had an impact while Iām here...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYou need to look into how ur staff charges for drinks. Ive been ordering a tall Americano for TWO weeks straight from here and it ranges from ~$3.95 to $4.95 (with 2 pumps of white mocha sauce). I dont make a big deal out of the variation. Tonight i ordered a SHORT americano with ONE pump of WM sauce and the total was $5.36. The big african lady is ALWAYS rude and she gave me the ugliest attitude when i asked her how a short americano is that high - had NO desire to explain how she ran the charges just an ugly attitude. I donāt understand why people like that go into service roles.
PS I checked the cost and she definitely overcharges. And this isnāt my first experience with her. RUDE &...
