for my 30 minute lunch break, I decided to drive up the street to the Jack in the Box on Henderson in Fort Worth, TX. Upon arrival it was very busy so I went inside, there was a lady ahead of me who hadn't ordered yet and one behind me, so we waited to be helped. A gentleman, whom I believe was a manager came to take orders. He helped the customer that was ahead of me, and after he completed the order; he did not give the customer ahead of me time to get her stuff together. As a woman we have to place money, card etc back in our wallets and into our purse. So he started talking around her to me and asking for my order while the customer was still at the counter. I replied "I'll wait until she is done," his reply was "I've already taken her order, what would you like to get?" (Or something in that nature) I said well can you wait a second because she still standing here getting her stuff together. Me personally, I'm not going to talk over anyone's shoulder or shout out my order, why not move down to the next register if you're that much in a rush to get my order. So he says "Well give me a minute," and walks off. Soon as he walked off the customer was out the way with her belongings. Then a cashier walks up to take my order, as I am giving him my order the manager tells him to come to do something else. He (cashier) looks at me and back at the manager and the manager again said to him, "No, come over and do this and I will get her (me) in a minute." I then turned away and left because time was ticking and I had to get back to work, without food. I've never in my life witnessed a manager tell an employee to stop taking someone's order to do something else just so they could not come over to help but say they'll help the customer in a minute. Before the cashier walked off, he did apologize to me and I appreciate that but I do not appreciate the service or lack there of because I didn't receive any. It is very rude to talk over someone's shoulder when there's still a customer in front of you getting their belongings together and expect the the customer behind them to yell out their order. I will not be returning to...
Read moreUpdate: So after 6 months jack in the box is still giving the run around with getting me my money back, fill out the online complaint form get am email a week later asking if i want a call back from management that never happens then another week later get another email saying when a good time to call would be and again doesn't matter because never get a call or voicemail, rinse and repeat been doing that for 7-8 months now and still have gotten nowhere, and as for the woman that stole my close to 70 in food and 1/2 tank of gas, well i can only hope life came back and stuck a pinecone where the sun dont shine for her, because thats what someone like that deserves for being such a garbage person. What really sucks is the attorney told me that there is little he could do unless i press charges on the locations owner, so that's the next thing, i guess im going to have to look into
The very heavy-set Hispanicish lady working the drive thru gave my order to her BF in the car infront of me and told me that i would have to take it up with corporate, saying that because my food was given out already she couldnt make my food because it had to be on the screen, im guessing because to make a meal off of the reciept would take more than a single digit IQ. After that she refused to let me speak with the GM and wouldn't give me her name and called the cops because i refused to leave so all in all i am now out almost 70 dollars, the half a tank of gas from sitting in the drive thru for over 2 hours listening to someone with very little mental faculties try to form some semblance of a coherant sentence pretending to have any higher brain function. so needless to say that i will never eat at that trash heap of a store. I will update further when the attorney finishes with...
Read moreI am not the type to complain but when you feel unwelcomed at a restaurant I feel like it needs to be addressed. This was by far the worst experience. I had went there yesterday for lunch and it was great which is why I rated it one star.
I was bragging about it to my husband about how he would of loved the spicy Siracha burger. We have been staying at the hospital for over a month now with our sick child and my husband decided to order us food online so it would be ready and hot when we were ready to eat and we could just go pick it up from there (0.5 miles away) from the hospital. We placed the order (one large meal) and 6 orders of the nacho tacos that come in 2 each. We get there sat at the speaker for a minute, nobody answered to us so we drove to the window and waited in line 15 minutes. Get to the window they were rude, cussing and not happy that we were already there. (3 MANAGERS) were working!! We pulled into the parking lot to make sure we got everything and we only had 5 tacos, that wasn’t even a complete 3 orders. Lobby was locked so we had to wait in line again, this time 20 minutes. Finally got the meal, went back to the hospital to notice the sweet tea we ordered was unsweet!
I run a restaurant myself and I was very disappointed with this location. You would also think that being close to the hospital and open 24 hours they would have more staff, better trained staff, and definitely better customer service. There may not be...
