I hate that I’m having to even negative review this place! We literally have eaten here at least 3 times per week for the last year. It was such a great way to eat fresh and healthy for a reasonable price. From the get-go, the only complaint I had was they didn’t have more than one soup, and they didn’t rotate the seasonal salad and soup enough. This soup has been on here for almost a year i think, and it’s the first day of spring and they still have autumn salad. However, I was willing to overlook. I am not sure what happened back in Oct, but this place has gone from 5⭐️ to 1⭐️ in this time. The 1st thing that started is the incredibly rude staff, who can’t even answer simple questions on an extremely limited menu. The 2nd issue is they are ALWAYS OUT of major food items. One day they, for instance, they were out of all lettuces except romaine (not a joke). The romaine was also yellow and gross. Most days, they are out of at least 10 menu ingredients. Tonight, they were out of bacon, cucumbers, tomatoes, and olives. This was just for the two items we ordered, so I’m sure there were more missing. Ugh, this is a location that has 3 grocery stores within walking distance. Either order correctly for your biz or go next door and get items you’re out of. The 4th issue is that I’ve been now 3x for breakfast and it was over an hour after they should have opened and nobody was there. The 5th issue is portion size. I gave them a break on the breakfast burritos due to the price of eggs, but tonight i had to send both salads back for extra lettuce (2nd time to do this). Pic below is AFTER they added more. But my final straw is that this is at least the 15th time in a row that our orders were wrong with missing and wrong ingredients, many we paid extra for. My salad below is missing 4 ingredients. Two were subs because they were out of 2 and 2 were additions I paid extra for. Not to mention, my dressing was wrong and they forgot my 2nd dressing. I’m just sooo bummed, but I won’t be back until I see the ratings turn around on here and they get some trained and...
Read moreToday, October 8th I came to get a Social Worker some food. I work in Health Care industry. I order through drive thru and when I get to the window this young lady with all types of piercings and nose ring is checking me out and speaking a lil fast, no biggie, cause I talk fast as well at times. But I didn't hear her say one thing. So I asked just to double check and she immediately responds with an attitude and says it again madly and says I say it this way cause I don't want to sound stupid???? "What are you talking about???? "Sound stupid to who" Just an unnecessary comment! I was dumbfounded on why she is being so rude, cause I asked a question??? Gives me my food and you can just tell is besides herself.....and I'm looking at her like I don't get it or you and she wont even look at me. Hands me my food really fast and closes the window faster. So I sat there looking at her and she turns her back and mouths something. No Reason to act this way and i spend lots of money at Salad and Go mostly in Arlington. In the industry I work in, I treat everyone with respect....but you don't always...
Read moreI've been here three or four times period and I've tried the Thai salad. Once with tofu, once with chicken. And I've tried the southwest? Jalapeno wrap twice. It was pretty tasty. You don't find pickled onions take out dishes like that normally. I also tried try the iced coffee drink which was okay, I'm not much of a coffee drinker anyways and cucumber mint drink. That he was refreshing but too much ice. Could barely put my straw in the cup. As far as the salad stuff, they are delicious and filling. Every once in awhile I'll notice they'll hand me my food without a bag which feels kind of weird. The workers are very friendly and the food is a nice light change up from all the heavy fast food places usually available. Fun fact. Steak is not on the menu but it's available as an option for $2 more. I heard it on the speaker greeting once. Tasty and...
