Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fort Worth

We arrived at 3:00 pm thinking the lunch rush was over, should be a quick in/out before going on trip. We were the only ones there. As soon as we stepped up to place our order with the only woman visible in the kitchen, she yells at a youngster around the corner (unseen) to come out and take our order. This goes on for about 5 minutes! Arguing, who gets to take our order? What a warm welcome! We get our order, pay for fountain drinks and every tea and special drink fountain is either completely empty or nearly empty. Then, we have to ask for a knife because the condement table is all empty and a complete mess! The dinning area had no clean tables, so we sat outside in the patio, there was one table that was still dirty, but better than the rest. It was chilly and windy, no trash can with trash swirling around in the wind like a mini dust-devil in the desert, at our feet. This is a new location and just opened. I have been going to Chipotle for Decades now. I have never had an experience like this. I come in, the manager has half the staff around the prep table laughing and joking, there is ONE person with gloves on on the line. I go up and order, I order several sides for myself and my wife, because my drive home is quite long. So I order my 2 bowls and order a bowl of lettuce on the side, and 2 sides of Hot. That is all. The reason I ask for a bowl, is, it is easier than having the poor employee try and stuff the lettuce into those little cups. , When I check out, the cashier is extremely rude and charged me for "sides" I brought this up to the manager, who was very displeased I asked to speak to her. She approached me and was very stuck up and pompous. I told her that I had never been charged for sides before at any other Chipotle. She said, "well even at my store we would've charged you."
