Chuy's — Restaurant in Fort Worth

You cannot beat the food quality, prices, options, and service other than Chuy’s. Fort Worth location is superior compared to other locations (and we’ve been to almost all of them!). Busy on weekends as expected, but wait times have always been accurate for us (usually being seated sooner than said!)

Starting with the fresh chips, DELICIOUS salsa, and jalapeno ranch is the way to go. Don’t get chip full though, save room for the amazing meal coming to your table!! We always try something new and every single time it’s a win-win. If a meal comes with a cheese enchilada, I always substitute for their chicken + boom boom sauce. The boom boom sauce is what they are known for and for good reason. It’s incredible. Our drinks are always fresh, delicious, and wonderful addition to the meal. Servers always know their stuff and have recommendations if you need them! Thank you for having non alcoholic options for fun drinks! REALLY makes a difference to us. The prices on everything are sooooo good. Fast food is literally more expensive and instead here you get an artful and delicious meal with all of the sides and additions.

Parking is always a breeze. Hosts and hostesses are always smiling and helpful. For wait times, they’ll text your phone which keeps it simple and streamlined for everyone. Bar area is open seating and we’ve always loved the drinks the bartenders craft.

Chuy’s is a 10/10 experience every single time. We love it here!!...

Didn’t have very good pickup service here. :/ Love Chuy’s, But wasn’t happy with this order. We placed an order online that costs us $89 (there 6% “packaging fee” and minimum 10% tipping fee — we didn’t mind paying since the shutdown has caused a lot of businesses to have a decline in sales, but we were hoping it would be good!). I texted the number provided when we arrived at the parking stall and waited. And waited. Finally I called the restaurant but was only met by an automated message telling me to go to the website and rings that were never met. I waited a bit more while my 3 year old was running all over the back of the SUV and my 18 month old was a screaming mess. I called again and was only met by the same automated message and rings that went on. There are signed posted at each parking stall not to get out of the vehicle or go into the restaurant so I wasn’t sure what to do. Finally after almost and hour a server comes out and asked if I placed an order or was just sitting in the parking lot. I told him I placed an order an hour ago and texted and called. He went to go check on our order and came back and said, “Oh sorry, we missed your text. We made your order like 10 minutes after you placed it.” Great. It’s been sitting for 45 minutes. We did an online order a few weeks back and it was completely screwed up. The manager was gracious and apologetic. He gave us an IOU. We then went in a few days later for the IOU, only to get home and we were missing items. We didnt call back because it was a replacement and not as big of a deal. My parents came to town today and we did another online order. We went to pick it up, responded to the text with our spot, received another text they would be right out. 20 minutes later, still no food. Called in and was told "yeah, its here. We will go ahead and bring it to you".....isn't that what CURBSIDE means?Recieved food 35 minutes after we were told it was ready. Again, missing food, the portions were extremely different than the last time as well as not being complete orders and cold from sitting. Skimped on the chips and salsa too. This is ridiculous. This makes 4 bad experiences in 2 years. 3 too many. From the looks of this page, they don't even respond to customers reviews. Poor job Chuy's.

2 years ago- Been in here for over 2 hours (not busy). Our waitress took our order an hour ago and literally didn't come back for 45 min to check on drinks or update on food status. And hour later we get cold food and my husband's order was completely wrong. Got home with the to go order for our son and it was completely wrong. Wasted...
