If you are going to close 45 minutes early then you need to adjust your hours accordingly. We were told at the counter by the guy with a star tattoo on his right arm that we could order and then conveniently they were “out” of the main ingredients for the stuff we tried to order (Frappuccinos) and then were told “well i’m actually trying to close up now since we’re only open for 25 more minutes” if he hadn’t been sitting in the back forever before even acknowledging us, he would have had ample time to properly greet us and get our orders in and still have plenty of time to shut down. very bad service.. Yesterday, I came with my daughter to ask for a unicorn frappucino, and the girl told us that was for a limited time, We said, oh it is ok thnx and we were going to leave, when she said I can give you a sample of other frappes, and we accepted. But the problem was the next day, there was another girl, called BRENDA , who said that they don't give samples, because they are busy( and the place was the same as busy than yesterday). and I told her that we got a sample yesterday , but she refused to give it to us. Honestly I’ve never had a great experience at this location. Are they overwhelmed?? The americano I order is ALWAYS WATERED DOWN. Today I tried to ask for improvement, I even recommended they just add a decaf espresso shot to it. A second person came to the window and asked again what exactly was wrong w my drink… so I repeated myself.
