I'm regret to report that I had an unfortunate experience. When I arrived the older employee was very polite and had a smile the entire time. While the lobby was unclean with pizza crust on the floor in various spots, and the chairs were disheveled, I proceeded anyway. I placed my order, but unfortunately the older gentleman who was working the register was incompetent in the use of the machine. He ran my card twice and continued to have problems. In addition, my CashApp card had a digital 10% coupon for Domino's and it was wasted. The pizza prep employee, a young man of foreign decent, proceeded to tell me that my frustration and accusation of "incompetence" was not right because he was a hard worker. Seeing that this second employee did not have a good command of the English vocabulary I educated him on the fact the employee may very well be a hard worker but that doesn't absolve him of not having or showing the necessary skills to work the register successfully. Thus the word incompetence. I suspect that Domino's likes getting their money and fully expects their employees to be competent in this area if nowhere else. Needless to say after the very rude exchange with the foreign employee, I canceled my order and took my business elsewhere. Read moreI had the worst experienced, I called at 2:51pm to place my order (large pepperoni pizza) gave my address and phone number and was told it would be ready in 40 minutes. At 3:13pm I decided to check my order online but I couldn't find any order with my number. I called the store thinking they probably put the wrong number down , I was able to speak to the same person who took my order the first time I called and he clearly remembered me. He said he didn't know what could of happened but my order was not in the system! He asked me to wait and he would check to make sure it didn't get send to another store (not sure how that would be possible if I called that exact store) . He told me to order again , I asked if I would have to wait the 40 minutes again and he said yes or longer! I asked to talk to the manager on duty , his response was that the manager was too busy at the time to take my call! Read moreWe placed a large order of pizzas for our church for an event that starts at 6:30 central time. People are supposed to be eating at 5:30 before the event starts. We called and explained that this was tax exempt and we’re told we would have to talk to somebody in the actual store about that and they transferred us to the store. We talk to somebody at the store, placed the order and paid for it with the credit card and the order never showed up. After calling and being disconnected 8 times we drove up to the store and they are claiming that nobody ever called the store. We are extremely disappointed in the service that we got and now there’s absolutely nothing anybody can do and nobody gets to eat before our event starts. We rely on delivery services like these to provide the food at specific times. When we are told that the food will be there we expect it to be there.
