I have had the delightful experience of enjoying Duck Doughnuts both in the picturesque Outer Banks and the vibrant city of San Antonio. However, this past weekend marked a special occasion—my big sister finally got to try them for the first time. The store manager, Mackenzie, greeted us with such infectious energy and warmth that my sister couldn't help but have the best first experience possible. She quickly realized that not all doughnuts are created equal!

The unique rubber duckie collection on display was absolutely charming, and we couldn't resist picking up a few adorable ducks as keepsakes. We will be customers of this location forever! We ordered here on uber eats and after the delivery person picked up our order they cancelled it and stole our food. I was clearly not happy and I called the store to see if the person actually picked up our order. I spoke with the store manager, Mackenzie, and she told me they in fact did pick up. She then took matters into her own hands and remade our order and even brought it to our house on her own. This level of customer service is incredibly rare nowadays and my family was blown away by the level of care and service. This location will be our new family breakfast spot and I highly recommend your family to give it a try as well!
