I love to order on the app so I can modify my drink and it always tastes so good! Only thing is, I have never received a sticker when I pick my drink up. Maybe it's for drive thru customer's only? Also, if it is your first time going to Dutch Bros, the drive thru menu screens are not to place an order. You place your order until you reach the window and both lanes merge into one. Read moreI’ve been really disappointed with my experience at this Dutch Bros location lately. I came in well before closing, but the staff told me they couldn’t make the drink I wanted because the espresso machine had been shut down. If you’re still open, customers should be able to order from the full menu. I get that closing procedures need to happen, but turning customers away early isn’t great service. On top of that, the other day they weren’t accepting cash, which was super inconvenient. Mind you, this all occurred this week. I hope they work on being more accommodating...

The lady at the window (Asian American girl) (nothing against Asian American, just don’t know her name) look so annoyed, rushed the payment, got wrong payment, was rude and rolled her eyes throughout the transaction for no reason.
