Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Fort Worth

This was my first Dutch Bros experience. I was disappointed by them not having the signature cups with the logo during my visit.The young lady who took my order at the window was very sweet and helpful. We were both foodies and began to talk about different restaurants to visit within the area. The gentleman who made my drinks was very helpful as well. I looked at many reviews beforehand and decided to go around 5:30am to avoid a long line. I was the first customer to arrive, I asked the staff what is the best time to come? I was told anytime before 8am. I purchased the Blended Golden Eagle and Blended Dutch Canyon. I added caramel syrup, cinnamon sprinkles, whipped cream, and caramel sauce to each drink (No additional charge). Both drinks were delicious, but I would recommend the Golden Eagle. If this location isn't near you, don't worry. I was told many locations will be open by late 2021/early 2022. Note: Whipped cream does not look like pictures on website due to the lid size. I enjoy the coffee always a good cup, my wife is now over the dutch. Let me explain. We both signed up for the app at the same time we both take advantage of the rewards, she noticed I was receiving different rewards for the same purchases with the same rewards. I hadn't noticed. We both received the friends giving notice, my wife's said buy any 2 beverages receive 20 rewards points, my notice said the same thing except recieve 50 rewards points. We asked the employee about the difference she honestly had no idea why it was so different. I bought the 2 coffee to see what rewards I would get. After she rang up the order I received 100 reward points. The employees expression was priceless because she watched my points change. My wife deleted her app and won't be going back. I choose Dutch Bros over Starbucks in every category. They have such a wide variety of tea and coffee (hot and cold), smoothies, hot chocolate, energy drinks, etc. You can flavor just about every drink, ice it, warm it, blend it, and shake it. The staff is always friendly, always smiling, and they like making small talk. When the line is long, don't fret, they have their staff walking to each vehicle with a tablet to ensure you get in your order. When you reach the window, you pick up your order and that's that! They also have Dutch Points on the Dutch App that give you free drinks (once you've reached the number of points, which is easier than you think) AND you get cool stickers to post on your profile. They have a Kid's Day (just had one of Sept 16th) that entails $1 drinks for kids and the proceeds go to a good cause. I will say I would like to see a couple more pastry options, but that would never deter me from coming. Dutch Bros loyalty...
