Only eat here if you plan on watching girls argue for no reason, and not get your beer refilled lol. I didn’t even get to eat or finish watching basketball.

I came in and was originally seated with a waitress named Cassidy, who barely acknowledged me. She refilled my beer one time, never asked if I wanted food, and spent most of the time laughing and chatting with another table that was right next to me. Another server who has served me before, (forgot her name) came over just to ask how i’ve been since she’s last seen me, she was nice and cool, she asked if I wanted to order anything, and I told her no, I just wanted to cash out with my server. She was super polite and even joked, “I hope this doesn’t make her mad, but I’ll go ask for you.” From there I watched this situation escalate into a huge deal.

Cassidy got real upset, she started gossiping loudly to her other guests within earshot of me about the server who tried to help me. Then for no reason she walked up to that server’s new table and asked them if they had been helped, after she saw the other server clearly already put his order in. I heard the guests ask their actual server if she was leaving or something because they had a second server greet them, it was real unprofessional G, lol shoutout to management for stepping in quickly because it escalated fast.

I watched Cassidy come over to her tables from the kitchen gossiping loudly accusing the other server who just tried to help me, of not doing her job, (all because of coasters not being on the table yet which I watched her explain she was about to bring). I did feel really bad for causing the commotion. They’re both gorgeous girls and management did step in quickly to de-escalate the issue (thankfully, because nobody wanted to see chicks fighting while the finals were on) but the situation was real unprofessional to watch. Cassidy was insecure, angry, and incapable of handling the situation with maturity. At one point when approached calmly again and asked to just keep it down in front of guests by the other server, Cassidy lost it and caused a scene yelling and cussing, and even walked toward her saying “do something” repeatedly.

The manager did have to step in and separate them and even still Cassidy kept yelling while the other server just sat back down with me and kept her calm the whole time. Eventually, both were sent home, but I want it to be on record that only one of them showed any actual professionalism and remorse! I only got a refill once and wasn’t checked on again lol, don’t come here to...

In the heart of Fort Worth, where the horizon stretches wide and the spirit of the West breathes life into the city, there lies a place known as Twin Peaks. Amidst its rugged charm and the echo of camaraderie, I found not just a meal but an experience, thanks in no small part to a waitress named Savannah.

Savannah, with a grace that belied the hustle of her trade, moved through the space with the ease of a summer breeze sweeping through Texas plains. Her patience was as vast as the Texas sky, guiding us through the menu with the wisdom of a seasoned traveler. In her recommendations, there was a promise of discovery, and in her service, a warmth that rivaled the setting sun.

The brisket tacos, ah, let me dwell on those for a moment. They were not mere food; they were a testament to the craft of culinary exploration, a blend of smoke and spice that danced on the palate like a lively two-step. Each bite was a journey through landscapes of flavor, where the brisket, tender as the twilight, met the embrace of a corn tortilla as if they were long-lost lovers reunited under a Texan sky. The melding of textures and tastes was nothing short of poetry, a ballad sung in honor of the noble steer and the fire that gave it new life.

Savannah, in her wisdom, also directed us to the wings, a choice as bold as it was inspired. These were not mere wings; they were the epitome of culinary bravery, each bite a dive into a lake of flavors so profound it could stir the soul of Hemingway himself. The sauce, a masterpiece of balance, held both fire and sweetness in a delicate truce, like the calm and storm of a summer's day in Texas.

And then, the non-alcoholic lemonade, a refreshment so sublime in its simplicity, it was as if the very essence of summer had been captured in a glass. It was a drink that spoke of afternoons under the open sky, of laughter shared with friends, a cool respite in the warmth of a Texas summer day. This lemonade was not just a beverage; it was an elixir, a promise of eternal summer in the midst of a transient world.

Twin Peaks, under Savannah's guidance, was more than a restaurant. It was a reminder of the simple pleasures, of the beauty in a meal shared, of the stories woven between the clink of glasses and the sharing of a plate. In this haven, we found not just sustenance, but a piece of Texas itself, served with a generosity of spirit that could only be matched by the land...

Went to twin peaks after a long week of working over 60 + hours wanted to just have a beer eat some food and have some down time. Was there may 5th between 10pm and 12pm Sat at the bar asked for my drink and a water never got my water asked for napkins never got my napkins when I got my food it took the bartender another 10-15 minutes to give me my utensils making me use my hands all sloppy without napkins. If it was busy I could understand but it was not busy it was kind of slow they only had a small amount of people at the bar and just walked passed me like I was invisible, I’ve worked in the industry before and have never seen such terrible service. I finally get frustrated and put my card with the receipt to just cash out and leave didn’t fully finish my beer didn’t get the shot I wanted to buy the bartender takes another 20-30 minutes and never comes get my card it was the other bartender who saw me stand up from frustration and stood standing for a while wanting to leave thanks to the other bartender I’m finally cashed out. I call the manager to let her know what is going on and told her exactly what happened and also informed her about how her bartenders are ignoring customers because they’re taking shots with their regulars at the bar which I know cannot be legal and then the manager gets angry at me act aggressive towards me tells me “I’m not gonna put my bartenders job at jeopardy because you assumed she took a shot” accuses me of lying and gaslights me guilt trips me as if it’s my fault this girl is going to get in trouble and when I try to explain my situation she talks over me and hangs up on me!!!! I cannot believe she hung up on me! Omg I have never been so disrespected in my life I asked her for the main managers name three times she didn’t give it to me probably didn’t hear me asking because she kept speaking over me and if you still think I’m lying check the cameras you’ll see for yourselves, I am not a liar. I refuse to be stepped on by such terrible management team maybe it’s time to retrain her or demote her because I would have never written this review if the manager didn’t hang up on me. Aren’t managers supposed to de escalate the situations? She made things a whole lot worse and I refuse to be humiliated by her and this twin peaks location these people are making the company look really bad and ghetto. Thank the manager...

My husband and I decided to visit Twin Peaks last night with some friends, eager for a pleasant evening together after a long day. Usually, we frequent the Arlington location since it's close to home, but this time, we thought we'd try out the one in Fort Worth. Unfortunately, our experience at the Fort Worth location left much to be desired, especially when it came to the service. We arrived at the restaurant and were greeted by a host named AUTUMN (written in brooch), a black woman with mid-length black hair. Despite there being available tables, we were made to wait for a staggering 30 minutes, while Autumn seated two other guests who arrived after us. The waiting time alone was frustrating, but what made matters worse was Autumn's demeanor. She was incredibly rude to both myself and my husband, which left us feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. As paying customers, it's disheartening to be treated so poorly, especially when we were looking forward to enjoying our evening out. Despite the disappointing service, the food at Twin Peaks was enjoyable, particularly the chipotle chicken wings, which were flavorful and delicious. In light of our experience, I strongly urge management to address the issue with Autumn's behavior and ensure that all staff are trained to treat customers with respect and courtesy. Every customer deserves to feel valued, and it's essential that the service at Twin Peaks reflect this standard. Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the poor service from the host Autumn greatly impacted our experience at the Fort Worth location of Twin Peaks.

We got seated quickly within the first minute of our arrival and our initial server was relatively timely in greeting us. We had our drinks and ordered the appetizer about 10 minutes into the visit, but then the wheels fell off. They changed almost every TV to the Ranger game (DFW so no bigs) and then turned off the ambient music and the game volume on... at what seemed like level 10/10. It was so loud we were having to yell at each other and even at our poor waitress for her to hear us. We finally asked to be moved to the farthest table outside on the patio, but boy it was worth the move. The view was extraordinary at sunset. But we're now 30 minutes into the visit and still no appetizers. They finally arrived during the second inning of the game (which we could still hear, but not as loud) and our meals arrived in roughly the third. My NY strip was a bit overdone (asked for medium and got nearly well done), but all in all the food was good. Our new server Sky was good, but drinks did take up to 10 minutes wait for a simple coke. She was busy and it appeared at least one server was just hanging out on a couch on the patio and several kitchen staff hanging out at a patio booth so that would explain why she was overworked. For them to not be at full capacity for a Friday night, but still fairly slow on service is a big reason for the scores. They were good when they could have been great.
