This was actually my second time coming here and both times I was not served.
The first time was the first week this location opened and we waited for a long time at the host desk to never be acknowledged or put on a wait list. Was packed so my mom and I decided to come back another day when it was less busy since we understood how hard it is opening week of any new restaurant.
Well my mom and I decided to try and give this location another chance today and it started off seemingly smooth! We were quickly greeted and seated within minutes of walking through the front door. Asked for waters and they were promptly brought to the table.
Our waitress never came back after this.
She had her manager (?) come and take our order and my mom and I just conversed while we waited. It wasn't super packed when we arrived so we waited....and waited...and waited. We arrived at this location at about 11 am and at about noon I finally decided to ask our "waitress" about how much time was left for our order. She had not once acknowledged us this whole time we were waiting and she seemed ANNOYED that I even asked. She said she would find out in an agitated voice....but she didn't. I saw her continuously serve guests that arrived after us and continue to ignore my mom and I. My mom felt sick since she hadn't eaten all morning and I suggested we just leave. We stood up and our "waitress" saw us. I told her we were leaving and all she said was "okay."
Like, WHAT. Not even an apology or anything. My mom and I were so upset by the interaction and were left wondering what we may have done to make her ignore us altogether. We shrugged it off and drove down to Denny's and literally got seated, served, and paid our check in less than 30 minutes.
PLEASE skip this location if you're expecting fast and friendly service. They are inconsiderate of people's time and HONESTLY I understand sometimes things are out of server's control, but TO NOT EVEN COMMUNICATE???? That is customer service 101. Checking in with the customer and keeping them updated on setbacks in the kitchen is the LEAST you can do to make sure the guest doesn't feel ignored and you risk losing customers and wasting food that will never be served. Please retrain or hire actual help that enjoy their jobs. I was patient enough to wait for an hour because I was being considerate of the possibility of them maybe being shorthanded, but that was ridiculous and we didn't deserve to be treated that way.

The first day they open I went and order breakfast and they forgot my pancakes. second time I order I mention to them that they forgot my pancakes and they gave me an extra order but forgot my bread and the third time I order they forgot half my order (Eggs, Hash-brown and toast) so of course I went and spoke to them about the issue was very polite and the manager was extremely rude saying that the cook said everything was there when I had videos of half the order been missing and the waitress had another manager refund me the full amount which I had only ask to be refunded part of the money. Today 1/16/2023 I go and get food thinking things will be different but I was incorrect. I place another online order and when I came to pick it up the person in the front look at me and didn’t acknowledge me he turns around and starts talking to another worker telling her that they got my order wrong three times but he said it with such an attitude and turns around and walks off and the other person doesn’t even ask me what I want. After almost five minutes standing there I ask another employee if it was the same line for TO GO orders and she said no the TO GO orders are on the other side but never told me where it wasn’t until another costumer walk up that I was able to find the TO GO orders and the waitress who didn’t acknowledge comes back with my TO GO order and tells me that he already had the cooks, supervisors and managers check the order but he is giving me so much attitude which I ignored. I go to a table near by to check my order and another employee walks up and pulls the table and I look at her and advised her that I’m trying to check my order and she said you can check your order at the counter still pulling the table and been super rude and after checking my order I realized they didn’t give me napkins, Jelly or utensils 🍴 but at this point I just left because I was done with them. Read moreThe food was good :) but got it wrong i wanted ham instead of bacon & sausage the waitress i had JT didn't wanna work she was at the computer & on her phone the whole time the other woman Heather was the only one i seen that actually was working she even checked on tables that weren't her's she did good n i would recommend her as for the waitress i had i wouldn't want her anymore So If you come here ask for Heather. & Also the cook i believe his name was Heriberto not 100% sure but the food was good & perfect heat i loved it :) I went outside & spoke to the manager & cook & dishwasher they communicated with me very well very polite & respectful the dishwasher i think had asked me if I wanted to take anything to go on him :) was very sweet :) I would recommend coming here just do not 🚫 ask for JT and her bf he was rude cussing the security out for no reason maybe if they would do there job he wouldn't have to right anyone up 😂 anyways it was fun and great 👍 gladly coming back just gonna ask for different waiter for sure 😁 Happy...
