This place is never “open for business”. I mean that literally and figuratively. I had to go to the restaurant location on McCart & Altamesa! They have wayyyyy better service not to mention they comply with the signage and are actually open! This location (Hulen Mall) closes when they feel like it and the service is consistently horrible. The signs say close at 2am, the internet says close at10pm, and the staff closes when they feel like it. How hard is it to add a disclaimer stating, “ possible early closure due to short staff”( You have my permission to PLAGIARIZE/ copy & paste if an employee doesn’t feel like typing it).They carry on as if YOU should be happy they’re ALLOWING you to be a customer vs. them being happy YOU are CHOOSING to be their customer. Maybe it’s bad management… Idk.
Update: I returned after 6:30am (3 employees, no line, closed lobby)to the Hulen mall location. I requested 4 fresh tacos. Her response, it’s always fresh(hot to allow time for commute). Unfortunately, mine were not. Not heat what so ever on the wrapping and/or the contents. She felt it, and responded it was hot to her but she’d remake the order.I asked that they cook it longer thinking maybe the oil wasn’t hot considering they’d just opened. She couldn’t have remade the order because the 2nd order was not hot. This happened in the past with an egg roll(outside hot, inside cold). Me: I said I understand we’re different..but I’d like a refund. I will just go to a different location. Her: what do you mean different? Me: Different as in you think it’s hot vs. I think it’s cold.

Read moreTried to buy a coffee for a $1 at the drive thru, only had a $20 on me, and they gave me back $14. So shorted me $5. Waited over a half hour while they counted and recounted their drawer, getting different results every time. Finally they said they'd call me so I could leave. Never heard from them. I called a week later only to hear, no, the drawer was not over. So where did that $5 go? Most likely in someone's pocket. Why would I wait around and then call back a week later if I was making it up? Management there apparently doesn't get that and isn't worried about the integrity of their employees. I won't go back ever...it's jack in the box- not a big loss...but anyone who doesn't want their hard earned money stolen from them...
