We are faithful 2 times a week Jersey Mikes customers. We frequent multiple locations around DFW and this on is hands down the worst. There have been previous times I have been here and they have made mistakes but fixed them and was courteous to correct the problem. Not this most recent trip.
I placed an order over the phone. I told him how I wanted my sandwich and the additional toppings. My husband went in to get it. Mind you we go here all.of the time, we know exactly how much our sandwich order is. The Manager Brian overcharged us for double meat. We ordered a regular size sub and he charged us double meat like we had a large sub. He said that he was right and every other store was wrong. Ok we paid took our sub. Got home, none of what we asked for was on the sub. NOT ONE THING! We call back, no apologies just come back and we will make another one. I go to the store and received some of the worst customer service I have received in a long time when a mistake is made. The Manager Brian talked to me in a condescending way saying that they would just give me the sandwich free. That if we wanted to tell corporate on him that his name was Bryan. He never apologized, didn't offer anything for my inconvenience. He was very passive aggressive. I told him his customer service was terrible. Even yell out Have a great Day to me as I left in a way to be even more condescending. I didn't trust eating that sandwich after dealing with him. He had total spit in your food vibes. Read moreI called in an order for a chicken Big Kahuna and when I made it home, the kahuna I had was steak. I called the store to inform them of the issue and the manager on duty said they could not make me a new sandwich or refund me until they reviewed the call to see if it was my mistake or their mistake. He also told me it would take 30minutes (which it only took 5 minutes so it was a pointless lie) for them to retrieve the call and determine if they could fix my sandwich. The reasoning behind it was that “many others have ordered the wrong sandwich and called to change before.” The food here is great but the mission to satisfy the customer and ensure service is correct is lacking at this location! I was very offended and essentially called a liar by the manager! Reviewing a phone call for a 12$ sandwich is ridiculous and not customer savvy. Of course after the call was reviewed I was indeed made a new sandwich but the mistakes of others should not be held on every customer and also is not the responsibility of other consumers who are spending their hard earned MONEY to have their food prepared and served correctly and properly. When I walk into the restaurant to pick up my order, I was told that they never received an order. I then show the order to an employee on the app, and another employee tells me that someone took my sandwich. The employee then makes and Italian sub for me. I assumed that this was an upgrade due to the inconvenience. When I get into my car. The employee that told me that they never received the order walks out of the store asks for the sandwich back and tells me that they are making my #11. He then gives me the sandwich and does not apologize for the inconvenience. When I get home and open the sandwich. I notice that half of the ingredients that I requested were missing on the sandwich.
