Lisa's Chicken — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Never again….. you walk in and you see a register and to your left there is another register, my husbands wants to order food so we walk to the the first register we see and look up to the menu….. we are literally standing there looking at menu and waiting to be helped…. Well we waited …. And waited…. And waited…. Two girls are literally on the other side of the counter and I’m looking at them and they pretend they don’t see me , so I asked where do I order ? She pointed at the register to my left. I smirked in disbelief and asked her so you literally see me standing here for ten minutes and you waited till I asked instead of directing me to the correct register ? I was pist . I look over to the sitting area where my husband is already sitting waiting for his food 😂 that he ain’t ever going to get because these girls have no customer service …. And I asked him to leave somewhere else where we will be attended. ...

After being detained @ MHC Kenworth for a day and half with a break down and eating most all my food in the fridge, I wished I’d walked down to this place sooner. Not a bad walk from KW Dealership and was pleasantly surprised that there was a convenience store to boot. Ordered the 2pc Catfish Plt w/ green beans+coleslaw, spectacular! And for later ordered 2pc white chicken plt w/ mashed potatoes and small corn-on-the-cob. Already looking forward to supper. Portion sizes appear generous and I could barely finish the catfish plate. My compliments to the cook and the folks that packaged everything as there were utensils, napkins and proper condiments(tartersauce,ketchup)included without having to ask. This review for the Lisa's on N.E 28th off 35. Was waiting to get my order taken at drive thru window. It wasn't busy. There was a few guys that came in as I was in line from company. By the time I got to the window I stated to look at my clock and they would not come to take order. I saw employees milling around. I'm thinking ok maybe chkn is being cooked. It was 5 minutes after I drove up to window and still order not taken. I honked nothing. Car drove up behind me. Ok he or she will sound drive thru window. Nothing. Again it's not busy.
