McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I don’t like writing reviews, but the customer service here was so bad on June 1st, 2022 at around 9 PM. that I had to write this review. I ordered a big order because I have a big family, and they forget 3 of my meals. So I am already frustrated, so I come back to wait in line for 20 minutes. When I get to the front and start explaining to them my situation, they kept asking who did I speak with? At this point I’m upset. Exactly how would I know who I was speaking with, I don’t care who the person is, just bring me my food. Back to the story. I kept telling them how would I know, so the manager here kept telling me I will need to pay for it again. At this point I had no choice but to act like a Karen. With more discussion, they came to a reasoning to not charge me(as they should) extra. As I received my food, the manager said “I’m sorry about all that, here you go.” As I drove off, she muffled “no I’m not” (as in saying I’m not sorry)and started laughing with the workers. This really irked me to my core, just because they forgot half of my order. If this were them, they would feel the same way. The McDonalds app didn’t allow me to put my parking space number to pick up my curbside order. So I went to the drive thru and the guy standing outside was clueless. He said to go inside. I refused. I placed a curbside order for a reason. I pull up to the first window to let him know what happened. They gave me my order but I was missing my 2 drinks and fries. They told me to park at 3rd window. I tried but I was blocking the person behind me from leaving. So, I pull to the side door instead. 5 minutes later they bring my drinks out. I told them I was missing my fries and the guy said he would let them know. 10 minutes passed and it was never brought out. People were getting their orders and leaving while I’m still waiting. I go back around the drive thru to let them know what happened. He cuts me off and tells me to pull up the second window. The lady was rude and didn’t even apologize once. I was waiting for almost 20 minutes for an order that supposed to already been ready.

Order on the receipt correct however. Starting off the child that brought me my food was very rude and quiet. I told him the Frappe was wrong and he shoved it into my car with the bag of food. I have a fractured arm and cannot grab two things at once and asked him to slow down and thanked him for already not listening to my complaints. He further pushed the soda into my face while attempting to manage the bag and incorrect Frappe into my face and lap. Upon getting home. I received the wrong Chicken Sandwich as well as onions on the Mcdouble... this restaurant continually messes up their orders. I received a Frappe with whip cream and drizzle and NO added espresso shot and it tastes like a chocolate shake with NO coffee taste at all, and extremely watered down Coke, a regular chicken sandwich not deluxe not spicy, onions on the mcdouble and enough ketchup to whipe off and use for fries.
