Pizza was very good, really nice locale, very roomy and was able to take advantage of a coupon.

Opportunities for the business: train your staff in customer service and improving attitude. The line serving representative seemed like she didn’t have any emotions, not the friendliest (not rude either). To start, I brought up a coupon in advance and was answered that it was only online, which I replied that I had it with me and it clearly said: online, in app or in store.

She seemed reluctant to accept it but did it anyways after I insisted. Being my first time there, I asked questions and she didn’t seem the nicest to answer.

After finishing our meal, we decided to buy some wings, went back in line and the same representative helped us, for my surprise she answered that no wings were thawed, they were only all frozen, which sounds irrelevant (not to mention weird to me) so I just dropped the subject and left.

If young employees only knew all that it takes to go into business, if they would be trained they may see things from a different perspective.

It was sad to see such a great commercial location, huge locale, the investment that business owners put into these items and many others, like marketing campaigns, graphic designers, decoration, ingredients, creativity, recipes, etc. to be brought down because of attitude, lack of service or just an employee having a bad day. They were probably trained, so it’s more on the employee itself

Will have to give them another try.

Let me start off with, I have loved every Mod Pizza location I have previously visited. I went to the Fort Worth Alliance location recently, and for the 1st time, had a negative experience. We were behind a family who ordered, and the two workers helping them did not know how to make the pizzas the family had ordered. I thought maybe it was a fluke, but when me and my wife went to order, my wife ordered a pizza listed off their menu, and sure enough, the worker did not know how to make it and started off with the incorrect ingredients. My wife had to advise what went on the pizza. Before I could order my pizza, the worker had already placed garlic sauce on the dough, but I had not stated what sauce I wanted. When I stated I wanted another kind of sauce, the worker just placed that sauce on top of the garlic sauce I did not order. During our order, a worker was still making a salad for the family in front of us, and came to the people behind us and asked "Excuse me, can you tell me what comes on a Caesar salad?" That, was kind of scary. Back to our pizzas, mine was slightly burned on the bottom, and due to the garlic sauce below the sauce I had ordered, when I wen to eat my pizza, the toppings just slid off. The wife said her pizza was undercooked. Our garlic cheese bread that we also ordered was pure garlic in the center. It was just a bad experience. I understand the workers were new employees perhaps, but there should have been an experience worker...

Having worked at this location prior to writing this review, I can say with confidence that this location has gone down the drain. I ordered curbside tonight, and the app gave us a promise time of 6:23pm. Pulled up at 6:22pm, called the store, and was told it would be a few minutes. I watched through the window as the person on the oven placed 3 pizzas on the counter for them to be picked up. No one did, and I figured it was safe to assume that it was the 3 pizzas I had ordered. Having not read the ticket, they just left the curbside order on the counter as if it were an online order. I called a few minutes later, was told that my pizzas were in the oven (???) As I watched them pick up the lazily discarded pizzas off the counter and bring them to me, room temperature at best, and was told sorry for the wait. We were even missing topping sauces on some of the pizzas. This is a very disappointing experience that could have been avoided, had the oven operator known what orders go where. I used to be a captain here, and if I made a similar mistake, I would have remade the pizzas so they could be warm for the customer. Management needs to get on top of the customer experience, and not just for the walk-in orders. Avoid until...

We got here with over 2 hours until close. They are out of many ingredients, mozzarella included, the drink station and counter is covered in spilled drinks and trash, nearly half of the tables are dirty, there are dishes overflowing in the dining room, trash is EVERYWHERE, pizza ended up burnt, employees won’t stay out front leaving customers standing at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. 4+ groups of people have left in the 15-20 mins we have been here. As we waited, we read the reviews. I am so disappointed that I did not read the reviews first. Apparently this is an issue. What a waste of nearly $40. We ordered two pizzas and cheesy garlic bread. There was only cheese on half of the garlic bread, there was minimal sauce on both pizzas and the garlic bread and one of the pizzas were burnt. So disappointing.

Stopped in after a long hiatus for a quick pizza. One of us needed gluten free pizza, ordered one and it was good, but the crust was very tough on about the outside 3rd of it. Tough to bite and eat. The toppings were good, just too hard to eat. Other pizza was the Tristan, regular crust. Came out really good, not soggy like some pizzas can be. The lemonade I mixed 50/50, pretty good flavor with both varieties. For the price and speed of getting a pizza, worth a trip. Finally, the staff was great! Friendly and asked exactly how we’d like our pizza. Needed some plastic silverware and asked for some, got it right away and asked if there was anything else they could do. Great group working Wednesday night!
