Sat for about 10 minutes waiting for a server to approach the table. Just got a water. Waited another long period of time for the server to come back to take orders. We decided to order both the appetizer and entrees at one time because we knew it would take forever to place another order after the initial one. The server was not attentive, and it was hard to get her attention. The guacamole was okay. I ordered the chicken quesadilla. The menu stated it would come with sour cream. When the quesadilla arrived, there was no sour cream. I asked for a side of it, and the server said they ran out. I actually would not have ordered the quesadillas at all if I would have know prior to ordering it that they were out of sour cream. The quesadilla itself was extremely bland. The chicken was grilled and there was no seasoning. They did not provide any salsas or hot sauce/salsa verde for it. It was just chicken and cheese with no flavor. I thought as a Mexican restaurant, they would do well at seasoning the chicken! They only served it with a bit of guac and pico, but it did not help. The portion size was average. I felt satiated after the dinner, not full (which was fine by me). The building was also very cold. We were sat by a window and it was very drafty. Overall, poor service, bad food, and bad atmosphere. This was on a Saturday evening around 6 PM, and they were not busy. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Tonight me and my daughter went out for a mommy and daughter date (her birthday was yesterday) after all the rave I had heard about this place on the "Fort worth foodies" page we decided to give it a try! Worst mistake of my life. From the start the service was terrible. Long wait time to get us seated. (There wasn't a line) once the waitress sat us down she gave us the menu. The menus were dirty. Then after 10-15 minutes of waiting she finally came to take our order. We ordered our drinks and appetizers. 15 minutes later no drinks. The waitress finally comes back and says she'll be right over with our drinks. Another 10 minutes passed nothing. So finally I let her know hey we've been waiting since 7:40 pm it is now 8:20 pm when are our drinks and appetizers coming. She's like I'm sorry they’re coming right up. I asked for a manager and nothing. Another 10 minutes passed and me and my daughter got up and left. The waitress notice's and comes up to us as we are walking out and simply says "I'm sorry". Will never ever be returning to this place. If you want to sit with tap water and some stale chips by all means be my guest. The least the waitress could have said was "hey were a bit understaffed, or I didn't put your order in" something This is why I second guess going to small local owned places. I tried to support.

This Paco's. I was not impressed, quite the opposite. Really bad service, my wife and I where waiting and another couple came in and they sat them first. Then after waiting about 10 more minutes the man host said that the area we want to seat was reserved. We stayed there til midnight with some people we met and no one ever showed up to the reserve area. In addition after we where seated, we waited another 20 minutes for the waitress to come over and take our order. She apologized and said no one told her we where here. Then the food took for ever about another 25 minutes because the waitress said they where attending a large group at another section of the restaurant. By the time we got our food the experience there was horrible. The food was just OK, nothing special nothing out of the ordinary. Anyway, finally we paid and left to join the rest of our group. To me this is the first time and last time we go to this place. Totally disappointed if the rating had zero stars I would rated Zero. That sadly was our experience coming to Paco's for the first time. There will not be a second ever. I posted the photo of the reserve area that no one ever showed up while we where there.

Decided to support local, but unfortunately did not have a good first experience with this place. We had reservations for 7:30, and were seated in a timely manner. However, We didn’t get our drink order in or menus until 20 minutes after sitting and our waitress forgot to place our food order. The food didn’t arrive until after 9:00 after we had asked how much longer it would take. After we noticed several other tables that sat after us received and finished eating even before we saw our food. I can understand if she was new but there’s was no acknowledgment of her mistakes or checking in on the table etc. Also disappointed in the consistency of portions. We had three orders of barbacoa at the table two portions were an okay size. However one of the orders was significantly smaller than the other two. One of the water glasses at the table had a large crack in it. Our waitress noticed which was great, but never brought a new glass for that member of the party. Also after waiting for forever for our food, the last member of the party to get her food ordered a chili relleno with beef and got it with chicken (which wasn’t even an option on the menu? It was options of beef, shrimp or cheese) but at the point we had waited so long for food we didn’t want to send it back in fear we my never get it back. House margaritas and tortas were great however ! In the end we were very disappointed in...
