I’m incredibly disappointed with how Smoothie King management, specifically Andrea Esparza, handled a recent situation involving my colleague. After completing a customer satisfaction survey and selecting the option to be contacted regarding her visit, my colleague expected a professional follow-up—perhaps a phone call or email to clarify her experience. Instead, within an hour, Andrea Esparza sent an aggressive and unprofessional email banning her from the store entirely. No discussion. No clarification. Just a threat that if she entered the premises again, it would be considered trespassing and law enforcement would be contacted. This is not how a customer-facing business should operate, especially one that offers surveys claiming to care about feedback. 03/09 2:45pm I went through the drive-through to order a promotional drink. I asked if they could substitute the milk for oat milk. The girl told me that they could not which I thought was strange considering they've done it for me countless times before what was even worse was her disgusting attitude. I then asked for a manager and her response was "what's the issue" "if you want oat milk you'll have to pay full price". I pulled out of the drive thru and called in and asked when the manager would be in she refused to tell me and she refused to give me her name. I've never received such disgusting service in my life. This girl should immediately be terminated. As someone with over 7 years in hospitality, this girl will be working at smoothie shops her whole life....

Andrea is an exceptional employee! From the moment I walked into the store, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. Her knowledge about the products is impressive; she was able to answer all my questions and even suggested some great options that I hadn’t considered.

What really stood out was her patience and willingness to help. I was indecisive about my purchase, and she took the time to walk me through different choices without any pressure. It felt like she genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit.
