I will never return to this Chick-fil-A or ever give Chick-fil-A my business again either! They don’t give to craps about anybody even if they get hurt on their property! My three year old son was tripped by a girl while leaving the play area. Give in mind the Chick-fil-A employee previously told that same girl to stay in or out of the play area numerous times and never talked to her parents! I was sitting right outside the door watching my son like any responsible parent should do and my son was following all the rules! Next thing you know he was coming out the door to me and the little girl trips him!!! Causing him to go face first into the floor and busting his head wide open! I had to yell at people for help to get ice or paper towels because it was a bloody mess all over my son and me. The only person that helped me was a nurse that just happened to be there thank god! We had I go down town to get six sutures on the inside of his head and then five on the outside! I then went to that location the following Monday since this happened on a Saturday and there was no accident report! So I filed with them and they have been horrible at keeping touch with me. I got the bill on the mail for $1,000.00! And they are not going to help me whatsoever! I have been nice though this whole process but I’m at my wits end! The man “helping” me was named Kanod Covington and he was far from nice! I’m a single mom just trying to make it and go to school and now I’m stuck with this! I’m livid! So no I will never give Chick-fil-A my...
Read moreArrived at 8pm seeing no one in drive besides 1 car in the right lane then I pull up to the left, upon arriving 2 teenage boys standing there talking not acknowledging me whatsoever, I had to seak up and tell them I had a mobile order to which they both turned to me with a blank stare and 1 boy looked at me and said “have a good night” no smile not even a confirmation or even to ask if I wanted any changes.. I give them the benefit of the doubt because I could tell it was post rush hour from dinner so I pull up the window and 2 teenage girls are at the window 1 asks “name” and I reply to which she doesn’t respond and is talking about a coworker about how “his attitude needs to change” and just making fun of him. She turns to me to hand me my bag and says “here you go” and I I replied “oh I also had a Diet Dr.pepper.” She then replies. “What size.” I tell her medium and the other girl from inside the window yells “it says you have a DIET COKE” I said, “I’m sorry I didn’t mean to put Diet Coke can I change it to a diet Dr Pepper?” They both look at me for a second and the girl replies “ so you want to change it to a diet Dp?..” with so much attitude. They then proceed to not look at me and start whispering to what feels like they’re talking about me. Mind you I get the food and it is stale and the chicken is dry and COLD.. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience in the last year I’ve noticed the lack of service and hospitality at this specific location.. disappointing coming from a franchise that...
Read moreToday I received the worst customer service I have ever received from a Chick-fil-A location. I ordered about 5 items through the drive thru. I was asked to pull around to get my items. When the representative showed up, I asked multiple times if the bag has all of my items. He assured me everything is in there. So I get home, and what do you know. Things are missing. I called them promptly to voice the frustration and to get my meals that I paid for. It's very inconvenient for anyone to make 2 trips for what is supposed to be fast food service. The problem isn't "missing item" that happens and it's okay. The "worst service" is because when I called them, it felt like I was causing THEM inconvenience to ask for my items that I paid for. I didn't get an apology. Let alone some of kind of free fries or sandwich for next time. (every other Chick-fil-A locations provided this like an inconvenience apology). Fine no coupon. But when I drive back up there and the manager says "well I didn't bag it so I didn't make a mistake" is just a bad response. No apologies. Just felt like I was causing them an inconvenience by driving back and asking them for my items. Terrible. No what I expect from a Chick-fil-A restaurant. This location is 2 min from my house. Next time I'll drive to a further location to get my waffle fries. I don't want to cause this store any more...
