Sunny's Cafe — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Hello, I just want to give some constructive criticism and a constructive review. I wouldn’t want this place to close down so I just hope that you guys make improvements based on my criticism and everyone’s. Me and my husband and child went today and I will say the food has little to no flavor And the service was OK. I feel like the food definitely needs more flavor more seasoning, etc. but the prices are good because it is a pretty affordable restaurant/café. And I am understanding that the waitresses are still learning the menu and getting used to it. So I don’t blame the waitresses for not having it altogether 100%. The waitress did not come back and offer us refills whether it be for free or for an additional cost so I was also thirsty after I finished my drink. And I could overlook poor Customer Service if the food was delicious but both things were poor quality. Also, I will say that the environment is very muggy when you live in Texas and it’s 90-100+ degrees you want to go indoors and cool off in the AC and it was very muggy and hot inside also adding to an unpleasant experience. I unfortunately would not return because as I mentioned, there would be no reason to , the customer service is poor and the food does...

My first time waking in to this restaurant to eat breakfast to pass time after voting. Well the waiter a Hispanic lady took my order I chose the breakfast with the potatoes and and bacon eggs and dry toast however what she tried to serve me was over easy eggs on the order with no toast she stated it was coming later ok I was ok with that she took the order back now here the problem the second order she brought out to me was just bacon on a plate with scrambled eggs only once I stated to her that wasn’t what I ordered she immediately gotten an attitude so now I’m thinking why would I even let her wait on me or take an order again so I walked I never got to taste no food how I did like the sitting in the restaurant but I will never go back I don’t trust the waiter with nothing I will be eat because she acted like I did something wrong I only wanted the potatoes breakfast with well done eggs with cheese and bacon with dry toast for done reason that was so hard to get that alone makes...

Food is really good, cook is very personable and kind. The only reason I have gone back to this place is because of the food, the cook and his service. The lady at the register offers a terrible customer service, makes you feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. She treats people as if they were there to steal, when in reality we, the customers are the ones sustaining your business, if it wasn't because of the cook and the food I would never come back because of the terrible service and attitude that the lady gives. When a customer walks in a business, should be allowed to take his/her time to decide and feel at ease, to feel at home, not being constantly rushed from the very moment one walks in and also pretty much get kicked out once you get your order. I would give 5 stars if this lady weren't there, I recommend to get someone who really knows how to treat people, knows how to offer really good customer service and just let people be and...
