Update 19 May 2023. Had breakfast with my daughter here again. Food was good. Hotcakes and sausage. Service was great (upped to 5 stars for service portion) as the person working the counter brought our food to our table rather than call our number. Don't understand why there are always so many flies inside the restaurant. No flies outside. But in the lobby? Strange. Also, why does this location not offer biscuits and gravy? Every McDs I have been to across the country had biscuits and gravy. I figure a location full of older people with distinguished taste would have this classic excellent meal. Does the owner of this location read these? I have asked pretty much every time I come in here and people would love that on the menu. Update 15 May 2023. Back again for my daughter who is "loving it" at McDs. Came for breakfast. The food is stupid expensive and only taste okay. The tables are dirty still. They should really have a dedicated lobby person or have the counter person clean the tables and floor. I have been sitting here for 10 minutes have not seen any customers come in. The young lady on the front register is just chilling and chatting with other employees. The managers should really encourage their employees to work more while at work. Update December 10th 2022. I am apparently an insane. I returned to this location expecting different results. The lobby was dirty. The soda machine, dirty. The ketchup dispenser, discusting. The table.. Clean. Just kidding it was dirty. It's almost like no one cleans. The prices have soared so high you can almost spend a little more and go to an actual restaurant. My fries were cold.. My burger patty overcooked. I guess how ever owns this location turns enough of a profit to just not care. Disappointing as McDonald's is an American icon. But like most businesses the older they get the less they seem to care about quality. My daughters cheeseburger with only lettuce had pickles. The staff in the kitchen seem to be confused everytime we come. Take pride in your business people. Whether you clean the bathroom or make a burger be the hardest worker in the room. Spoke to a manager and she took care of us. They remade my daughters burger several times but it was not the tasty awesomeness it should have been. I do appreciate how friendly the manager and counter people were though.
Update 28 Oct 2022. I am starting to believe my daughter hates me. She made me return. We had left.. The flies didn't. My sausage Mcmuffin was very greasy. It's as if they rubbed the sausage patty on the outside of the Mcmuffin bread before assembly. Perhaps this was a suggestion from the flies?
Original post Food is sub par and the employees seemed to get confused easily. Ordered a cheeseburger last night for my daughter, only lettuce. We got a hamburger with only lettuce. Umm.. Okay. My daughter was glutton for punishment so we went back for breakfast. They don't have biscuits and gravy. I have been all over the country and this is the first one without biscuits and gravy. If anywhere I have been, a McDonald's should have biscuits and gravy, this is it. This place has the perfect demographic for it. Also, there were more flies inside this place than a barn full of horses who ate too much chilli. The store owner should really get involved. I have had issues of missing food, seriously slow service, bad attitude employees and more!! I have had to deal with it because of being the only McDonald’s in the Foothills of Yuma Arizona. I had the last straw when I called in and talked to a Supervisor on duty about a month ago of a seriously bad order we just picked up. My husband’s 2 cheeseburgers were nasty. It looked like a blood shed in the wrapper. I called and told the supervisor that I wasn’t ordering from their place anymore because I’m tired of this establishments issues I deal with every time nearly. The supervisor told me that they just had another call come thru before mine with the same complaint so they sent the woman home for this. The supervisor said the female employee said she didn’t mean it that she’s having a bad day. So the supervisor said he didn’t want me to go away and would take my whole order down in a book so I could give them another try. So I told him my order….2 cheeseburgers no pickles, 2 cheeseburgers extra (extra pickles,ketchup,mustard and onions), 2 freezes….1 blue raspberry and 1 Hawaiian Punch. He said ok I have your order so please give us another chance. He said also to come back in when I’m ready and the order will be in the book to have the look it up under my name. I also gave him my name and number. So I tried to get my order a month later which was yesterday September 11, 2023 and I’m told thru drive they can’t find this order I’m talking about. I was arguing with them for about 5 minutes. So in the long run I got seriously mad and squealed my tires as I was leaving. Yes it was wrong but that was the last straw with all this idiots who work at this McDonald’s establishment!!!!!!! I’m so sick of them all!! Seriously there are people who dropping out of high school and have intelligence to run that store wayyyyyyy better than any of those employees there!!!!!!!! It seems like an easy way to place blame without taking any accountability for your brand. Original post: Say no to being parked. I place exclusively mobile orders, anytime and everytime I'm asked to park be prepared to wait excessively regardless of the amount of cars in drive through. Upset about waiting? If you go into the store the manager Jacob doesn't care about how long you've waited and doesn't want to hear about your experience. Jacob is quick to offer a refund if you wait 15 mins, but no food.
I waited for over 15 mins for food I placed through mobile order, hungry kids in the car. To be offered my money back but no food. Consistently providing bad service and now a manager that gets in your face to yell at you.
Jacob kept getting close on my space, called me names and used profanity. The worst customer experience I've encountered.
