Jamba — Restaurant in Foster City

Usually I'm happy with the place but this Saturday I picked up an Acai Bowl ordered through Doordash and it's only back home I found out that the team there had not put ANY thing but the Acai... I checked the bill and I did not remove anything. Mistakes happen, that's fine but what's not fine is that the young gentleman at the store to whom I told there was an error with my order was very cold and assumed I was the one who had made an order mistake, he didn't believe me, asked for my ID, asked me to show my phone... After he saw proof that was I was saying was true, he just said a barely audible and cold "sorry for that". When he came back with the fixed order, no commercial gesture nothing except when he saw me leaving without the first Acai only bowl told me with a smile "you can take than too"....

I recently visited this juice store and had a really bad experience. I asked for less ice in my juice, but the portion ended up being very small. When I politely mentioned it, the lady named Cristy threw it away and made another one, but it was no better — this time it had even more ice and still tasted watered down. Friendly neighborhood smoothie shop serving a variety of sweets, smoothies, and food. The service here is fast, the quality is good, and the prices are fair. There is some small indoor seating as well as seating outside. The location has plenty of parking, it’s safe, and easy to get to.
