I live down the street so l'm at this location once/twice every other week and my food is always fine and so is the customer service (never had an issue the past few months) but this evening, my experience exceeded my expectations. On my receipt says Andrea (thank you!). There were a few guests ahead of me that seem to have changed their order (which is absolutely no big deal), the team seemed to have everything under control but because of the hold up, the line had gotten pretty long. Once I was ready to pay, Andrea gave me a free drink cup and stated "Thank you for your patience, I know you were waiting for awhile" She is outstanding because she is an employee that remains calm and professional in stressful situations (especially dealing with tourist trap of central Florida) AND is aware when customers may become upset. I insist, I had no expression of restlessness or anger that my wait was about 10-15 minutes to order (life happens, it's food service, I get it). Shout out Andrea for her great customer service in lieu of the rush of business during late dinner time. The 1 star reviews on this location are quite questionable, im at this location pretty frequent more often than I would like to admit and I am aware of how picky of a person and attention to detail I am. Must be the Florida heat people...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreiām so aggravated right now donāt get me wrong. Iām Hispanic however I donāt speak Spanish. The girl that took my order had no idea what I was saying so then I had to wait longer for her to wait until the cook was done so he can tell her what I wanted, which is not a big deal. OK I get it whatever I asked for a burrito double wrapped they had the slightest clue on what that meant. The reason I asked for a double wrapped is because I was asking for extra toppings, and that way the burrito could close. I kept trying to tell her you donāt lay the tortilla on top of each other. You lay one tortilla halfway on the other one you put the toppings in the middle so that way itās easier to wrap she was frustrated. She didnāt know how to wrap the burrito so when she went to wrap it in the aluminum foil, half of it was exposed so when I would go to open Open up the aluminum foil everything was just fall everywhere because it wasnāt closed. I literally had to take the burrito from her and wrap it myself in front of all these customers. Iām sure she was embarrassed, but seriously itās not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo Iām paralyzed on my right side and am unable to go out and do things for myself. So my friend went to pick me up some food on her way to my house and when we went to eat it my bowl was swimming in sour cream. It was basically inedible. My brother was upset for me so he tried to go back and have the order fixed. The girl working the online orders area was nice about it and tried to get someone to help. But when the manager came over to see what was wrong she was extremely rude. She said there was absolutely nothing they could do about it unless it was an online order. Because after it leaves the store itās too late. So whatās the difference if an online order leaves the store or a walk-in order leaves the store? We still had the receipt and proof that it was ordered very recently. The manager that (didnāt) help was Anna. And when my brother came home to tell us what happened, my friend mentioned how rude she was to her employees while she was there. The only reason Iām even giving two stars for service is solely based on the girl at the online...
