This was the first time I was at a Korean BBQ. It was a truly memorable occasion with my son and his family showing me the ropes. They had Korean BBQ as well as the Hot Pot. You can choose one or both! They had a very large selection of beef, pork, chicken, seafood and vegetables to choose from. The only way to leave hungry is if you don't eat because this is an all u can eat style dining experience. The proteins cook quickly, so I suggest getting 2 or 3 of 5 or 6 different items to start. REMEMBER: it's all u can eat, so while they are cooking or while you're eating place an order for more so there is no time wasted in between. My suggestions are: have them spray the pan with some oil to help the proteins from sticking, start with the Pork Belly (bacon), Sliced Chicken, Prime Brisket, Jumbo Shrimp and Garlic Shrimp. Choose the vegetables that you enjoy. You are actually given a tablet with all the items that are available. Just tap what you want and hit the order tab and the items arrive quickly right to the table. They also have an appetizer table with potstickers, spring rolls, kimchi, kkakdugi sliced cake, cookies and ice cream cups. All in all being here for the first time, it was an enjoyable learning experience. The portions they bring to hot plate bbq are small, don't be misled by the pictures posted on there website menu, that's why I suggest ordering 5-6 to start and go from there. You do not get a steak that size at any time. The food was brought within a minute or two of placing the order. The service was outstanding. Our server was Krystal. She did an awesome job. We were easy to talk to, knowledgeable and on top of her game. We were lucky to have her as our server. I am sure after coming here again, and now knowing the size of the portions delivered to the table that 5 stars are in their future. Unfortunately the only way the atmosphere could make it to a 5 is if they could ever figure out a way to get rid of the smoke and smell of the cooking. It does dissipate eventually, but if you have sensitive eyes, it may take its toll on you.

KPot was an absolute blast. You choose either the Korean BBQ meal or the Hot Pot meal or for $5 more you can do both. We did the Korean BBQ and I’m glad we didn’t do both because it would be a ton of food. It’s all you can eat in a two hour window so there is no shortage of food for anyone. Also, we came at lunch pricing so it only costed us $20.99 per person whereas after 4 it’s $30.99. Either way it’s an incredible price for what you get. The dinner menu has a few higher end options that aren’t available at lunch so I will certainly come back and pay the extra money. We tried all of the protein options with the exception of the spicy meats since most of our table didn’t like spicy food. I would have tried them otherwise but it didn’t change my experience at all. You can look at the pic of the menu for the Korean BBQ to see what all we ordered. There is also an appetizer bar that had amazing Korean wings that were sweet and sticky, pot stickers, little mini egg rolls, and several other options including raw crawfish that you cook in the hot pot. They also had several different types of cooking oils such as ginger olive oil, straight olive oil, and butter. There were quite a few dipping sauces like yum yum, soy sauce, teriyaki glaze, and others that you can cook your food with. Yea I said you cook your food. At your table is a hot grill in the middle of the table and all your meats are served raw. Your table then cooks them as desired. It doesn’t take long and there are guides on the table to help you if you’re not a skilled chef. It’s easy and it’s fun. It provides a common ground for all at the table participants for the entire evening. If you’re on the fence maybe come for lunch because it’s a fantastic price and unless you’re not a fan of oil and grease or cooking, you’ll have a great time. We will be back to try the hot pot.

Overall: excellent hotpot spot and very good kbbq! Great deal for the price (was $36 for unlimited of both per person for 2 hours), excellent service, and a wide selection of food options to use for the hotpot and kbbq. Tons of options for the dip station too. The kimchi at the dip station was good. My biggest critique was the mushroom stock was just okay and the shiitake mushrooms were not good, but even if you’re a mushroom lover (which I am), I wouldn’t let this stop you from going. I would still 100% come back and even looked up if there are locations close to my home to go to! Hotpot: it is individual hotpot which is quite nice so you can control what you want in it, cooking times, etc. without worrying about serving others or if you’re concerned about germs. I had the mushroom stock and my husband had the tom yum stock. The mushroom stock was probably a 3/5 to be honest compared to other mushroom stocks I’ve had. My husband said the tom yum was excellent. However the okay stock was very easily not a concern whatsoever based on the vast options for meat, veggies, and noodles. I am a huge veggie person for hotpot and was very pleased. The shiitake mushrooms they came already soaked or rehydrated and were very chewy so the texture was bad. I would not get those again. But everything else was fantastic. Kbbq: very good and my husband loved the vast options of meat. I think he had 9 types of protein by the end of the meal! He especially liked the bulgogi, salmon, and mini octopus. Dip station: had all the standards and name brand LGM chili oil which I was happy with

Upon arrival, the atmosphere was chaotic. The staff was shouting to one another about opening seating arrangements and discussing their plans to close early, which created an unwelcoming environment. While the hostess seated us despite this disarray, it was clear the professionalism and hospitality were lacking. The service itself was the most concerning. Our server did not introduce himself, nor did he properly explain the kitchen’s closing time. Worse, within 20 minutes of being seated, my bowl of food was removed without warning, leaving me confused and frustrated. The kitchen staff also prematurely cleared all plates, bowls, and utensils from the hot stand without regard for diners still eating, which created further disruption. This forced me to repeatedly go back and forth to try to enjoy my meal. My partner gave me his bowl so I could continue eating since the server was nowhere to be found. We were informed by a staff member (whose name I regret not catching) that the food would soon be cleared and we should grab what we could. By then everything was pretty much cleared but I appreciate the intent. He was the one bright spot in the experience, offering helpful assistance and displaying the kind of hospitality we had expected from the beginning. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff did not demonstrate similar care or attentiveness. Throughout the rest of the meal, the service remained rushed and impersonal. The check was dropped off without any inquiry about our satisfaction or needs. No refills were offered, and the server came back minutes after placing the check to eagerly collect payment while we were still eating. He also repeatedly asked if he could remove items from the table, which felt intrusive and impolite. To make matters worse, the server mentioned that the restaurant would be closing in 10 minutes in a way that made us feel as though we were being hurried out. This rushed and uncomfortable atmosphere, combined with the unprofessional behavior of our server, ruined what should have been a celebratory meal. I barely had the chance to enjoy my food, and I left feeling completely dissatisfied. I trust the company will take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to address the issues raised. Thank you for the attention to...

To start, We came to celebrate a birthday on a Monday—when it was not busy. We were greeted by a super kind hostess and seated promptly. We sat for a good 10-15 minutes before my husband had to go back to the front & told the supervisor(?) that we’d been waiting and hadn’t received any type of service yet. A few minutes later, a super sweet woman (server) came to get us started. She advised us that she wasn’t our server however, he would be there at some point (they had no clue where he was). At this point we noticed our grill had someone else’s food on the outer area, so we figured we’d ask our server to change it whenever he decided to show up. Kind of gross but I wasn’t going to make a big deal out of it. Soon after, a disheveled man came to our table to continue service.—our MIA server. We asked him to remove the grill. (He didn’t) and when he came back—we asked once again. At this point we were met with the sassiest attitude where he rudely says “I’ll change it out AGAIN”. I don’t know where his confusion came from, but we were seated the whole time and nothing was changed. I mean… it’s kind of hard to miss. That interaction and the way we were spoken to by this dude was not only unnecessary but not something I’m willing to deal with. I myself then approached the manager(?) and told him about our interaction. I also told the manager that we were there celebrating a birthday. He said he would “talk to him” however, I stated I rather have a new server. The initial server came back and helped us the rest of the time & she was fantastic. Very sweet. All in all, we are people who are accustomed to high quality experiences and this place was lacking. Between the rude server and the manager who did very little to make it right, we likely won’t be returning. Plenty of other options that exceed our expectations. We expect better. As a local food blogger with a decent social media following, I do not recommend this kPot location. Take your...
