My recent experience at Panda Express left much to be desired. I was met with disappointment right from the start when I learned that there was no Chow Mein available after waiting in line for 15 minutes leaving me with the unappetizing choice of white rice or Mixed Vegetables. To exacerbate the situation, the preparation of the Mixed Vegetables took an agonizing 15 minutes, causing my selected entree to sit in its to-go container and cool down considerably. Adding insult to injury, the portion size for a supposed "plate" that includes 2 entrees was shockingly small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and shortchanged. Furthermore, the malfunctioning soda machine led them to utilize the drive-thru machine for my beverage, which was an inconvenience I hadn't anticipated. The efficiency of the entire operation was glaringly lacking, from the inadequate stock of high-demand items to the apparent lack of coordination among the cooks. This experience served as a stark reminder that even a well-known chain can falter when it comes to meeting basic expectations of service and quality. The need for substantial improvements in their operational procedures and communication is undeniable.

Do NOT place online order for pickup. We ordered and paid in advance. Website said order will be ready at 6:35. Arrived at 6:45 and was told "It may be a while. We are low staffed." At 7:05pm a manager said it would be 5 more minutes for Fire Chicken, and asked if we wanted something different. We decided to wait and it took 15 additional minutes. Moral of the story is: it would have been much quicker to have just waited until we arrived and went thru the line to place our order. The food was good and mostly hot, but they did forget one of our items. There were a few people working really hard to get it right, but a few more that were just hanging out doing as little as possible. Not recommended for online orders at this time.

Got the chow mein and honey chicken. Below average for the overall food but at least food quality is decent and so was the employees. Took a while through the drive through though. The food is drenched in so much oil as you can see in the picture. It could be an oil soup. Wish that wasn't the case. Honestly, not worth it. A bowl, one serving, is about $7-$8. You can get a whole quart at a Chinese take out place for the same price and taste drastically better. Teriyaki chicken seems a lot better than the honey chicken so far since the honey chicken came with an unexpected kick of mild spiciness.

I went Dec 23, placed my order on drive thru ask the cashier lady, why she had me waiting for 20min to take my order and then tell me she out of chicken teriyaki, which is not surprising to me but the fact that I waited that long to have my order taken was absurd. Ms. Angie and Elizabeth, they both were there at the front register tells me they short of staff even though there was like ten worker just serving and then two just there talking to each other. They start giving me attitude and start yelling at me and I requested to speak to a manager which they told me there was none available and provided me with a flyer for me to apply at Panda which was out of place since I never requested for that or did I ever told them I was out of work. I got two jobs that pays really well and one happened to be in good industry with customer service so my experience is over ten years at that. For them to come at me with that childish attitude. Then they proceeded to refuse service for no reason at all. And at the end I requested for my money back since I don’t know what they did to the food, I was refused to be given the money back this other two workers came one claiming to be a supervisor Isaac and the other lady saying that she was gonna remake my plate named Alicia. Well at the end the food wasn’t what I order ended up taking something I don’t eat wasting my money and getting upset about their attitude. I come every other day to eat at this Panda, I got receipts to prove it but while Those two girls Angie and Elizabeth still works there, they lost my business that’s like $100 a week. Their customer service is unsatisfactory and unprofessional, if they gonna be yelling at customers might as well put them in the back to cook cause the front of the house is not...

Panda Express is my favorite fast food restaurant!! I mobile order Panda via the app regularly and pick up at the drive thru. I love the convenience of not having to leave my car.

Recently, I placed my Panda mobile order and about 15 minutes later arrived at this location's drive thru. I told the worker that I was picking up a mobile order and she told me that I was not able to pick up my mobile order via the drive thru. I asked her why, and she said that it was because they had to verify my identity. Rather than argue, I parked my car and went inside, interested to see what they were going to do inside the restaurant to verify my identify, that they couldn't have done with me being in my car. One of the worker's saw me walk in and called out that there was a mobile order ready for pick up. I walked over to her and she asked my name. I told her my first name and she handed me my bag of Panda................

I asked the worker why that wasn't something they could have done with me being in my car in the drive thru. She thought for a moment and then said she didn't know. She walked away to ask someone else. The man she was talking to walked over to talk to me. Basically he said that sometimes when people place a mobile order and go through the drive thru to pick up their food, the food is not ready, so it creates a line... In my mind I was thinking, when someone who has NOT placed a mobile order goes through the drive thru, the food also isn't ready and creates a line. But rather than argue with him, I just listened to this strange logic...

Just went through the drive thru at this Panda Express.. I don't go to Panda Express often but I was in the mood and there was one close by. I was lucky* enough to get a manager take my order. We weren't sure what we wanted so we asked for a couple moments to figure that out. When we decided less than 30 seconds later, I asked if they had brown rice, which I thought would be fried. When my boyfriend ordered his food his came up as fried rice, so he asked if they could make mine fried too. She got a really nasty tone with us, which she already had a kinda rude tone from us asking for time to look. And she literally said to me "So, you've changed your mind and now you want fried rice." Again, really nasty tone. Im not one to stand down from a fast food employee giving me attitude, so I said "yes in fact I do ." To which she said, "alright well there's gonna be some steamed brown rice in your fried rice since you changed your mind" Condescending. To which I responded "no I'd like you to remake the first order and I'd like to speak to a manager." To which she said "I am the manager of this location." To which I said "oh well no wonder you're condescending and rude. Forget our food, we're leaving" and we left and promptly drove to the panda panda express closer to where we live. This treatment of a customer is...
