I'd give this experience 0 stars if I could! I submitted a mobile order and when I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order, I was met with some of the worst costumer service I've ever had. The girl was rude for absolutely no reason. It wasn't just one thing either. Everything that came out of her mouth was rude! She even ended the experience with responding to my "Thank you" with a "Yep..."
Then after returning home, my boyfriend went to eat his burger and almost threw up. It was like someone dumped salt on it (at least that's what we're hoping it is!) and it was just thrown away.
