This is a review specific to this visit. I will temper it by mentioning that most visits are rated higher, however this time was pretty bad. My online order was placed at 8:30 for a 9pm pickup. I arrived at 9pm and the order was not ready. While two workers operated the line, the other two were on side work duty. There were at least 2 orders laid out on the counter ahead of mine when I arrived. The owners of those orders were also waiting. Two walking customers arrived and got their orders promptly whole the pre-orderers were made to wait. I think they had run out of chicken and had to cook some more and that was the source of the delay, but no one greeted the waiting customers, explained the delay, or apologized for the wait. On top of the wait, the order was prepared incorrectly, missing tow of the requested ingredients. I also suspect that the rice and beans may have been put in the bowl while the chicken was cooking because the paper bowls were somewhat soaked through and the bottom of the bowls were cool to the touch. I know the corporate office probably wants the hours curbed so clean up is supposed to happen during the hour before closing, but it seems like they could motor through the waiting customers, then bust out the closing duties.    Read moreFirst time here and last time here! The young lady preparing the bowls together definitely gives less than half a scoop of everything, except beans (rice, meat, nice portion of beans). The young man was very nice, even offered a side of pinto beans when the young lady forgot to put them on burrito bowl. He even shook his head when he saw the smallest portion of food. After the young lady finished "throwing" the ingredients on the bowl, and then displaying atittude for having to re-make a bowl that the young man accidentally added salsa to. I asked the staff for the young lady's name for her bad attitude, and the "manager", Charlize stated she could not give me her name if it was going to be something negative because she is new.....I guess they only give names if it's positive feedback.....The "manager" proceeded to state that the young lady is new and after issue was reported, the "Manager" said "Ok". I was never asked how can I make this visit more satisfying or even an apology for bad customer...

Update: I really like Chipotle, but we continue to be disappointed in the service that you get at this location. When packing the food, the the side of corn fell on the countertop and the young girl picked it up and continued to pack it. We asked for another corn and she said "I know how to do my job" . My husband said that " I didn't say that you didn't, I just don't want that corn." She rudely replied "I said what I said" (multiple times). The when we asked for the manager the other young man behind the counter said that we had to call the app. There was no one there to talk too. We ordered on the app, so they said we could not return it, we could only call the app. This is ridiculous. Do not go to the Chipotle in Frankfort...
