Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Frankfort

Hands down, the worst Jimmy John's in a 40 mile radius.

1. Their employees are youngsters with attitudes, they don't greet you or say thank you, and think that substituting ingredients just because they ran out of others makes up for an order..that means I didn't get what I paid for. No apology, just stated the case and went about his business (this was a black employee).
2. They are skimpy with their portions. 3)One of their drivers was careless. There's a four-way stop sign next to Autozone down the street from them. Around 1:45 pm today, he skipped through it even though it was my right of way as I stopped before him. AVOID ORDERING DELIVERY FROM HERE. I ordered more than an hour ago. It took half an hour for my two sandwiches to be marked "out for delivery," and 30 minutes later they still haven't arrived. I could literally have walked to the restaurant and back in 30 minutes.

This is so far from acceptable from a restaurant with the "subs so fast you'll freak" tagline, and it's not the first time, either. I give anyone a pass on a bad day, but this is a pattern now. I submitted a complaint on the JJ website the first time and got no response. Won't...

I work close to this Jimmy Johns and get it when I’m desperate at lunch. They always take like 30mins to an hour.
