Cute place with great baked goods and friendly service. My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Frankfort and ate here the first morning after we arrived. I'm sad I didn't catch her name, but the young blonde tattooed woman at the front counter was very helpful and sweet. We ordered the bagel & lox, a sticky bun, and a blueberry scone. Everything was delicious. The scone and sticky bun were so fresh and soft, there was no hope of saving any for later. The bagel & lox on a freshly baked everything bagel was seriously the best I've ever had and I could tell it was prepared with care. I wanna go back for lunch next time we're in town. Their sandwiches looked amazing too! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good breakfast or lunch while visiting Frankfort.

The sandwich I ate, Tripoli, was delicious. However, the tables were not cleaned off nor were any staff seen from behind the counter. The ordering, picking up, paying process seems like it could be simplified as we had to stand in line three times: to order, to pick up food, then finally to pay. Each time the line and wait was longer. This was with only half the seats being used. I can't imagine what the wait would be when busy and full. My wife also saw the staff grab some coleslaw, for a sandwich, with her bare hand.

Great little place for bagels in the morning and delicious sandwiches for lunch. We especially loved their homemade garden vegetable cream cheese, with chunks of yummy, crunchy carrots, green onions, and celery. Their open time in the morning is supposed to be 8, but it should say 8:30. Both times I came at opening to get bagels, they were not ready to open yet. I and 3 to 4 other customers stood around waiting until 8:20. Just a heads up in case you have some place to be. Plan ahead and plan to wait.

Food is usually good but best to sit down and examine your sandwich before leaving the store. I bought a half sandwich yesterday, spending $10 for a half sandwich right off the menu. It was the Lebanon which says it comes with turkey, ham, mango ginger Stilton, lettuce and some condiments. I got it home and discovered that the Stilton was missing entirely. They had closed for the day, so we went back today with the sandwich and the receipt and asked for a refund or a new sandwich including what it’s advertised as having. They refused to do either. I find this astonishing. I don’t know what a customer is expected to do if the maker leaves things off a sandwich which is wrapped when you receive it and subsequently found to be missing parts of the sandwich. I won’t be returning, and we do have alternatives in town, so I’m surprised at the arrogant, “take it or leave it” response to a...

I went here with a friend and my friend asked the owner if they had WiFi. (We had college work to do). They did and they told us that we could use the WiFi as long as we wanted if we bought something. So my friend bought two sandwiches, a Ruben and a Classic. They spent almost 20 bucks.

The owner came back with the WiFi password and then told my friend to that we had 20 to 25 minutes before we would be kicked out. I don't know why the owner changed his mind so quickly, but my guess is the owner just wanted some money and a not crowded deli. Even though there were a lot of other people sitting inside.

We sat down at a not cleaned off table, ate our overpriced and not great quality sandwiches and went across the...
