Somerset Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Franklin Township

Ordered a couple of dishes on Uber Eats - one of them was titled "Farmers Sauce" under the chicken section on Uber eats. The dish came without any chicken - when I called the store to ask, the staff kept arguing that the dish comes with a choice of with or without chicken and that I had ordered the one without the chicken. The issue here again being that the chosen option was under the chicken section and did not offer a choice. On looking at the Uber eats menu, the option without the chicken was titled "Pasta Farm" and not "Farmer Sauce" under the chicken section. This was clearly a misunderstanding on the staff's part but they would refuse to accept instead commenting "I hope you get the order correct next time" and blaming Uber for the dish description. My family has enjoyed food from this place for a couple of years now but this incident has been extremely frustrating and disappointing (had a similar experience earlier but we thought of that as a one-off) due to the below par service and the arrogance...

Our first time at Somerset Pizza and restaurant and we can say it was very good. It may become our favorite Italian restaurant. Simple sit-down restaurant with very good Italian food - lots of choices - entrees or pizza on the menu for a reasonable price. The atmosphere is nothing fancy - not a formal, expensive, cloth napkin restaurant but a byob for any night out (or lunch) when you want to be casual and have some good food - or takeout too of course. We had lasagna and penne vodka. Both were excellent - as good or better than some more expensive restaurants we have been to recently. Soup or salad was included with the meal. We both had salads with our meals and they were very good - simple fresh green salad with tomatoes and onion and a house balsamic dressing. Nice bread with a pesto dipping sauce also came with the meal, We ended our meal with Italian cannolis - also very good. It was a nice meal out. Good service. We’ll be back there soon....

Just ordered from this facility. I normally order from Lubrano's pizza but I wanted to try something differently. I was sadly disappointed by the poor quality of the food me & my family received. The chicken parm was horrific & I couldn't even finish the entire sandwich. The bread wasn't toasted and the mozzarella cheese was just slapped ontop of my sandwich and was stiff once it cooled down. Thats definitely not fresh mozzarella.... 😒 I also ordered a large pie that was just "okay" but the taste doesn't compare to Lubranos pizza or any other GOOD QUALITY pizza I've ever had in my lifetime! I now have a stomach ach and it was a total waste of $33.00. I'll never order from here again! Definitely isn't good! ☹

Update - three hours later & my stomach is in KNOTS! I'm convinced the chicken was bad that was used for my sandwich due to the weird taste i endured. Please be cautious while eating here! Seems like cross contamination to me! Never...
