BEWARE! The worst experience I've ever had not in just fast food, but as a store ever with the management and staff at this location. The drive-thru shows almost hatred towards customers, interrupts, dismissive, talks to their coworkers, etc.
The food, they've given me some of the worst consistency of food of any fast food location I've ever been to. I've counted the things they've done wrong: 6 orders of two chicken bacon swiss: chicken was undercooked or RAW / Frozen 3 orders of Mozzarella sticks: sticks stuck together and RAW / Frozen in between them and lastly, 3 for 5 Roast Beef that came out room temperature and smelled like a men's gym footlocker.
Oh, if that's not all, their management is THE WORST at dealing with customers.
I have had a history of working fast food, and management experience, and so I come in calm and collected, removing all sense of hostility, because mistakes are a part of the business. But these managers will straight up try to invalidate your claims, even with evidence in your hands, and blame you for the product's deficiency. My last encounter with a manager was so rude, so disrespectful, it lists not just on the top 5 of the times I have been the angriest (but I managed to control myself so I didn't completely snap) but as NUMBER ONE the worst customer service interaction I have ever had.

Read moreEvidently, this place is so short-staffed that they needed to adjust the hours of operations. I assume the drive-thru employees are always under pressures, and I get how things go. I was once an Arby’s employee in a different city. However, I, as a customer, do not deserve to receive the attitude the order taker expressed to me today.
I was only respectfully asking him if there was a way I could receive my order in a certain way that I prefer, but not only did he raise his voice to tell me that there was not, he also mentioned that it was 15 minutes before closing (at 4:45 PM), which sounded as if I was doing the wrong thing going there while the restaurant was open.
Needless to say, I did not purposely go there 15 minutes before closing to purposely disturb the peace of that employee. I went there to pay for my order and receive the goods and services because I thought highly of Arby’s. In return, I regretted making the decision of going there.
To be fair, I fully understand the struggles associated with handling the drive-thru chaos. However, I was the only customer in the line, I was not raising my voice or being disrespectful to the employee, and the closing time has little to do with the inquiry I made during the open hours. I went to redeem a $7.49 classic roast beef sandwich meal coupon which was supposed to include: 1 Roast Beef Sandwich, Medium Fry, Medium Drink, & 4 piece Mozzerella Stick. Upon giving them my coupon I was charged $9.54 instead of the $7.49 meal plus tax. I did not receive my french fry and the drive-thru worker said "You get a choice of another side with this coupon." To which I replied I guess I'll do another 4 piece mozzerrella stick if the price is the same. The price was not the same and I never received my fries! Workers are incompetent, I did not get what I ordered and I was over charged. Would never recommend eating here or at this location. I will be blasting this all over social media & telling family + friends to avoid this Arby's. I was scammed for lack of a better word. I expect a full refund of my money and an apology. Disgusting treatment of their customers.
