Arby's — Restaurant in Franklin

We went for lunch. We were the only people in the restaurant. The young lady who helped us was the rudest person I can ever remember at any restaurant I've ever been to. We ordered 4 sandwiches among those two sandwiches were for my kids. We were on a road trip and decided to make it a togo. The sandwiches were prepared in just 2 minutes and was placed on the counter. All the sandwiches were cold and smelling like pet food. The young girl at the counter along with the guy working at the back was forcing us to have those stale sandwiches with the rudest attitude as if we were begging for food. We waited there for 15 minutes to have our money back as the young girl promised. nothing happened , she said they are remaking the sandwiches. The food came but the same status. Seems like they dont care about the customers. If you want to experience how bad a customer service could be , this the very right place. God...

I work at Meinike and I was told we get 50% off. When asking for a discount John, the manager was very disrespectful. He said that "I'm supposed to go inside for that" in a unpleasant, disrespectful and know it all tone. I didn't know I was supposed to go inside as I just started Meinike. When I asked to speak to his boss. He said he's no longer giving 50% off to our employees even though I was asking a simple question. I then asked to speak to someone of authority over him. He said he couldn't help me after I told him I wanted to speak to his boss and went to a part of the restaurant where he was less visible. He was very disrespectful. Talked over me while trying to order and gave a smart, unneeded remark. I hope this gets out there. He's not a good manager. Nor should he have that position if he's going to be inconsiderate, and rude...

Was told at the end of placing an order through the drive-thru that milkshakes were not available. There should have been a sign posted on the drive-thru sign stating no milkshakes. You're not McDonald's. Eight piece jalapeno poppers somebody needs to learn how to count to eight!! Missing a whole order of mac and cheese out of the bag. Poor customer service. Did not do a proper job making accommodations to fix the mistake on the same day!!! We must to be busy worrying about getting closed and out on time instead of giving a customer 20 minutes to come down and still be done before...
