Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Franklin

We don't usually order from here, but we had a coupon for free pizza. When I called, I was on hold for several minutes, but it became clear they were having computer issues. Jan finally got on the phone and was apologetic and very gracious. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, the order had gotten lost. At this point, one would think why would you give them 5 stars? Jan again apologized when she realized and had the pizza made that second. As I sat and waited, I listened. I'm not sure who was in charge, I did not catch his name, but he was calm, and twice, very gently made constructive criticism on the way the food was made or turned out. The space was clean. They would not let me use my gift certificate so I would come back. She insisted that I take a 2-liter soda for the wait, but I declined. With computer issues, they did customer service right AND my kids are super happy with their pizza. I didn't think I liked Domino's, but the pizza was good and I'm now sold after this...

Ordered a large pizza (half pepperoni, half cheese) for my kids and a Caesar salad for myself. Delivery time was quick (about 30 mins) however I got the wrong pizza altogether - a large pepperoni and bacon which was not even baked fresh as the appearance of cheese was different than the following replacement. After I called the restaurant to request the correct pizza, the manager said he would send a new pizza within 15-20 minutes and as well as issue a $15 credit. The new pizza arrived on time, freshly baked, however instead of sending what I initially ordered (a large) -- they sent a half pepperoni/half cheese medium. I didn't even bother calling a second time. The customer service was good and delivery times were great, but now I have 1 medium pizza for 4 people. Awesome. I don't typically complain about mishaps at food establishments but it's really frustrating when I tip a driver, pay delivery fees, etc and the order gets messed up twice. Domino's will not be my first...

$40 order tonight. Ordered online. Their "Tracker" said it came out of the oven at 7:17pm, but didn't leave the store until 8:03. It got to us at about 8:25. We asked the driver if our order was fresh, he assured us it was, so we told him what the "Tracker" said, and he told us the "Tracker" is unreliable. Well, it's obvious our entire order was made a long time before we got it. It is room temperature. Called the store & was told AGAIN "The Tracker is unreliable". I said ok, that's a moot point because my order is not even hot, and then the girl on the phone copped an attitude with me. We have been using this Domino's for years, but as of tonight we will never ever order a thing from them again.

FOLLOW UP: They contacted me, gave me plenty of freebies, and made it right. We have ordered from them multiple times since the incident mentioned above & all orders have been consistently good. Much better than the average Domino's. Give...
