Wow, I was staying at the hotel, and stopped in for dinner. I was the only one in the entire restaurant and by myself, so I asked the server if I could just order my food to go. I did the green curry and a cheesecake, which came to $41.71 and I tipped her $8 even though all she did was punch in the order and hand it to me. I paid right away and before receiving my food. When the server brought me my food, I asked if I could get a water to go. And she asked me if I wanted to charge it to the same card. I told her I didn't need like a bottled water, like tap water is fine, I didn't have cups in the room, and she said no that she would just put it in a glass but that there would still be a charge.... That is just wild to me. I declined the water and politely let her know I didn't want to pay for water, and just left. Like I paid $50 for very little food, and they are going to charge for water...? I regret tipping her that much and will also not be returning to order any more food, even though I'll be staying...
Read moreI had the absolute pleasure of being served by Melanie Meyerhoff during my stay at the Hilton Cool Springs, and I can honestly say she is one of the best bartenders I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I sat down, Melanie was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Her ability to anticipate what you need before you even ask is nothing short of impressive.
Melanie has that rare combination of professionalism and personality that instantly makes you feel at home. Whether she’s mixing up a custom cocktail or simply checking in to make sure you’re taken care of, she brings an energy and friendliness that truly elevates the entire bar experience.
If you find yourself at Hilton Franklin Cool Springs, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar—Melanie will make your evening exceptional. She’s a true asset to the Hilton team, and I’ll be coming back just to enjoy her incredible service again....
Read morePower tripping energy from the Saturday night bartender. My partner and I sat down to eat our food. Gotcha, we can't eat outside food in the not so segragated restaurant seating area...thats ok, but we didn't know it was reserved for your ghost customers. After many years in the service industry I can promise you thats not how to treat people. Hotel and restaurant guests, doesnt matter. You should've represented professionalism and handled it politely instead of literally yelling across the room for us to move out of the empty loby/eating area. Your actions put us on alert and made us feel unwelcome. You need to think, and make the effort to come up and explain things nicely instead of yelling across thr room at us to move. It's inconsiderate, lazy and completely unnecessary. The fake contradicting apology to try covering up how rude you were was the icing...
