The Well Coffeehouse — Restaurant in Franklin

Love this shop. If you haven’t been, you’re missing your chance to get in early to what will be a flagship business in Franklin. I left my phone number a while back for the GM, we hit it off extremely well when I was ordering the seasonal Black Cat - almond milk, half sweet - and I just felt a connection. I don’t want to go so far as saying sparks like fireside embers were flying as we discussed our daily plans, but we definitely had a connection.

Anyway, I have gone in on multiple occasions and chatted her up, exchanging knowing glances, even a loving embrace (appropriate for a professional and environment of course). I can feel the radiant love of the staff, but I would say, don’t get your hopes too high, unfortunately…

Super cute place. People were really friendly. I gave four stars because this place was not cheap but when I ordered a bagel with cream cheese to go I was given a plain toasted bagel with a plastic container that had a small amount of cream cheese on it along with a plastic knife and fork kit. Imagine me in my car trying not to make a mess spreading my own cream cheese like an idiot. And now I also have all of this extra garbage to deal with. Do us all a favour and complete the process by applying all the ingredients...

Great little coffee shop. It really was the only shop around surrounded by office buildings. A really neat outdoors space is there with a sport court, playground, hammocks, and amphitheater. It would be a great summer hang out spot. The drink menu was good with classics plus seasonal offerings. I had a mayan mocha latte which was delicious. Food was good portions. The atmosphere isn't "warm and cozy" but modern and clean. Staff was super friendly...
