Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Franklin

I have been coming to this location for a few years always with good luck. Ordered through Uber Eats and got two subs both with added free extras and paid extras. Got both subs with none of our extras AT ALL. Tried calling the store for 10 mins and got user busy. Drove to the store, they were closed early. Knocked on the door and the employee saw me and ignored me twice. He finally answered the door. I told him very calmly our order was completely wrong and we tried calling several times and their phone must be off the hook... The employee was EXTREMELY rude, told me to calm down, he doesn’t need my anger and that he had a long day and wasn’t about to deal with all this right now... they claimed they tried to call us, that they were out of bacon. But still charged us for a sub that came with bacon and also for extra bacon and didn’t give us any of the other extras either.... I’m very appalled at the service I received here and probably won’t be back to this location again. I deal with rude people everyday but I would never tell a customer I’ve had a long day and I’m not about to deal with you right now.... VERY VERY POOR...

Very bad customer services. My husband had a horrible experience. We will not recommend to anyone and we will Never come back again to this location again. Came in to order sandwiches and paid for it. Waited for more than 10 minutes. The daughter of the owner kept helping customers that came after us. While here we are waiting and waiting for our sandwich to be made. When we approach her about our order she got mad telling us we don't have any patience. We wouldn't mind if she was busy helping customers before us, but no! She she was busy helping customers that came after us. They declined making our order and told us not to come back to their shop anymore! Heck yeah!!! We will never come again and will never recommend this place to anyone. Good Customer services is vital in any Business to gain more business. Respect and good...

We went there yesterday for lunch and it was my first time at this location. Marissa & Margaret gave top notch service with a smile. They were so friendly, helpful and truly made the experience. The store was so clean and organized and you can tell these two ladies take pride in their work. From the minute I walked in the door, until the minute we left as we dined it, it truly was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be going back! Having great employees and fresh, delicious food is what matters to me when I go out and all of that was achieved. The icing on the cake would be to have some cucumber & avocado available as options to add on to your sub. ;) Oh, and to sell your delicious pickles!! I would be going there, and only there, to purchase pickles for my home.
