Everything was fine until I got home and started to eat the sandwich it was #9 Italian nightclub it did not taste right something went bad I think maybe the meat don't know I immediately became nauseous and stopped eating it had to throw it away and I am not someone who throws away food. Bummer cuz that's one of all time favorite sandwiches😞
OK they asked me to respond as you can see and I did as requested which incidentally took me to the Jimmy John's corporate website, they wanted full details such as date time exact item ordered and what happened etc etc. I gave them the full boat and then receive an email response requesting even more?? Screw you I was sick as F'ing dog for 5 days so sick I couldn't hardly raise myself from bed to use bathroom for 3 full days and you want more from me? I am 10000% sure you have taken more from me than any human should have to give. I tried to be nice and just wanted to let the store owner know his employees served something that went bad. The 5 days of horrible agony you caused me to endure will never be compensated for and your tone deaf response is par the course go to hell and be damn fortunate I don't turn that sandwich in to local health authorities you rotten people need to learn how to handle serious food mishandling issues...
Read moreWe placed a delivery order around 2:52pm, and it just finally got delivered at 3:42pm. This wouldnt be a problem if they hadn't lied to us over the phone saying that our order would show up "any second because its already out the door" at 3:15. (which we live around 4-6 min away from this location) They also immediately knew what order we were without us saying a single thing besides that we wanted to check on the status. Sus, but moving forward. The delivery driver was incredibly rude, shoved our order in our face at our door, was snarky while saying "you're welcome" and walked away. We finally open our sandwiches, the bread is STALE and hard as a literal rock. We paid for extra bacon and didn't get even an extra SLICE. Food is borderline nonedible. This is the second time in a row that the orders have been late, missing things, and we've dealt with the most lazy and attitude filled customer service. I've worked in food service for years and I understand things get busy but service like this is unacceptable. Read moreI had ordered delivery from this Jimmy Johns today and it took an hour for it to come to my house. I had called the store to see if they had received my order at all, and the guy put me on hold “to check” but then left me on hold for 15 minuets without getting back to me. About 6 minutes into the phone call I had finally got the notification on the app that the order was out for delivery, yet i still wasn’t taken off hold. The delivery was at the door while i was still on hold with this store, so I decided to hang up and just enjoy my sub. It turns out that they forgot multiple items during this transaction, and it was extremely disappointing. As a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to call a bunch of times, especially when my order was over $50 not including the tip i left for the driver. The customer service of this Jimmy Johns is a 0/10, and I only gave 1/5 stars because giving zero isn’t an option. I will not be returning to this...
