This has been the most dissatisfied service from McDonald's. For three sausage mcmuffins, 3 hash browns, and a mcgriddle sandwich. Me and my family spent nearly 4 mins at the first window, and 3 mins at the second window till we got our food. We check before we pull away, but we were missing our hash browns. So I went to park and wait patiently, after I got there, they became busy. Well a customer in front of me, informed me and another that it will be a long wait, because she has been waiting for the past ten mins. She spoke with an employee who was mopping the floor to please get her another manager. Also the employee mopping did not have the wet floor sign visible forcistomers and employees. Another employee slipped, but regained his balance in time. The manager came up and the customer gave her receipt and debit card to refund what she paid, because her and her family never received their food. She also informed the manager that a female employee was making food with no gloves on, touching her face, and touching her cell. I was shocked when I heard this. So the manager went to the back to the employee area and did not come back out till the customer voiced to them "can I have my card back". The manager explained that she needed to talk to her DM and proceeded with the refunding the customers money back onto the card. The customer asked for the manager's name and she refused to give it, that she does not have to reveal her name to her. The customer stated that she will give corporate a call and left. My turn came up and I have informed this manager that I came through drive through and I am missing 3 hash browns. She said ok and went to the employee area and stated out loud: "Need 3 hash browns to the front" and I did not see her again for a couple mins. The manager Chris saw me standing there and approached me and asked what he can help me with. I informed him that I am waiting on 3 hash browns. Immediately he got them and handed me the back with a nice farewell. Thank you mgr Chris for the assistance. As for the other manager, the customers are the life line to every business. Customers who are ignored, will get upset when you don't apologize for the long wait, nor explain why ( for the customer before me) what you are doing with her debit card I. The employee area. I hope the company makes improvement quickly, and not the interior design they've done twice in 2 years. Date: 12/07/2024 time frame:...
Read moreThe first couple of times I went through this drive-thru it was super slow on both occasions once in the daytime during lunchtime and once at night after 9pm. The last time I visited it was super fast and had a Speedy person working the line so that was great. This is my first McDonald's I have come across them charging for a small cup of ice water. A small cup of ice water cost 15 cents apparently and was added to my bill which when I got to the first window I had them take it off as I had some water at the moment and would get it free somewhere else. I am not going to pay for water that I can go down to Circle K for free or another McDonald's for free! It's not the price but rather the point of paying for basic water and ice! We are talking simply about a small cup of ice water when you have homeless people around and so are you going to deny someone the basic needs of water on a hot day because they don't have 15 cents?!?! Utterly ridiculous or is that your way of curbing homeless from bothering this establishment... Need to really rethink charging for basic water! It doesn't get any better on my 4th visit when I pull up to the speaker I simply get a "how can I help you" from what sounded like a young guy... so I tell him my order and then he simply says "pull around"( young dude in his monotone voice who clearly doesn't want to work)... I get to the first window and the girl with the black hair does not tell me my total or confirm my order just waiting for me to hand her my card... only until I asked her for my total does she tell me what it actually is! She then hands me my card back and says have a nice day without asking me if I need a receipt...🙄 the second window was an older gentleman about my age who knew how to provide some customer service...I finally got some REAL...
Read moreMy wife (who is disabled) and I (a retired army veteran) just left the restaurant after a horrible experience. We didn't order much... 3 of the $3 bundles and a large drink for us to split. The store wasn't busy; however, the establishment was filthy, the food was cold, trash cans were overflowing which seemed odd since there were so many employees, and the employees in the kitchen had so much time on their hands that they could cuss at each other loud enough to be easily heard in the middle of the dining area. My wife found dead ants in her food. I immediately went to the counter and asked it to be remade fresh and they did make it for me. I returned to our table and the rest of our food was already cold. My wife went to the counter to make a formal complaint on this matter and an employee sitting beside those overflowing trash cans laughed at her. I shot him a very dirty look and he quickly stopped; however, the complaint fell on "deaf" ears as the employees (as well as the pregnant assistant manager) did nothing. We put our food that was cold back into the bag that we were given and attempted to put it into those same trash cans with minimal luck. As we were leaving, those same employees behind the counter laughed at us as we walked out the door. I was bringing my wife home from the hospital today... we didn't have much money to spend but I wanted to get her something and sit inside a restaurant to enjoy a meal together. It seems I was the fool that spent the last bit of his money there. If they are so willing to treat a disabled woman and a retired veteran like that - I'll never return to a McDonald's anywhere ever again. I'll never put my wife through such a humiliating, horrible...
