McDonald's — Restaurant in Franklin

Always ask for your receipt at this McDonalds because 9 times out of 10 it will not be given to you and there is often a problem at this location. I think it's done on purpose so you can't prove there was an error and because it lessens your chance of contacting regarding a complaint. It does no good to contact corporate about this McDonalds because it's a franchise so corporate can not do anything and the owner/manager could care less. Most of the employees are related to or are friends of the owner/manager. It's the only location in Franklin proper so they don't worry about customer service because there is no competition and the closest Franklin locations by the interstate are owned by the same person. If you check numerous websites over the years going back to 2014 you'll see an abnormal amount of multiple negative reviews written by reviewers who have numbers of reviews under their belts (so they are NOT the same person with a chip on their shoulder as management there tries to insist). Usually the only good reviews are from employees and friends masquerading as customers. Obviously nothing can be done here other than insisting on your receipt and immediately going inside and attempt to resolve the situation with a manager (don't expect much though). And don't try to call to resolve anything because they don't answer or if they do they hang up or pretend they...

This location is awful about messing up your order. We have gone there less and less over the past few years because they continuously mess up cheeseburgers plain. The other day my kids were hungry and we were in a hurry so I thought we would try it again. At the first window the guy taking payment repeated our order which consisted of cheeseburgers plain and 4 count McNugget. At the window the woman that handed the food to us confirmed the cheeseburgers were plain and asked what kind of sauce we needed for the nuggets. Since both had verbally confirmed that the cheeseburgers were plain I gave them the benefit of the doubt and drove home. My bad, I should have checked the order because they left out the nuggets even after asking what kind of sauce we wanted. So I called and of course got a voicemail and left a message for someone to call since it cost more in gas to go back to get the nuggets than they were worth. I asked if there was a list to get on to get them next time. Well no one ever returned my call. The receipt had a survey on it so I decided to take the survey and I also explained what happened during it. The Survey stated that someone from the location would give me a call. Still waiting on both calls. I would not recommend this location unless you can check every item in your bag before leaving the drive thru...

Let's just say this was the cleanest an best ran McDonald's I have seen in a very long time!! Let me start out by the cashier was overly friendly an fast an then she brought out the food while I was taking our drinks to table an gettin settled in. In the meantime we we're eating n the play area an my son had spilled a route 44 drink everywhere I offered to clean it up but Tabitha refused an went way out if her way to help an cleaning it up asap an when we tasted our 20 PC nugget meal the nuggets were horrible an she took then back without hesitation an fresh an for the setback she gave my kids a toy since we only ordered large meals n no happymeals!!
