Disappointing Experience

I recently visited Millie's Ice Cream shop with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The ambiance of the shop was quaint and inviting, and I had heard positive things about their unique flavors. However, my visit didn't quite meet my expectations.

Firstly, the service was lackluster. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, which made the ordering process feel like a chore rather than an enjoyable experience. It took a while to get their attention, and when I finally placed my order, it seemed like they were rushing through it without much care.

The selection of flavors was indeed unique, but the quality didn't match up. I tried a couple of their "specialty" flavors, and they tasted rather artificial. The texture of the ice cream was also inconsistent, with some bites being overly icy and others too creamy. It was clear that the attention to detail in crafting their ice cream wasn't quite there.

Another disappointment was the portion size. For the price I paid, I was expecting a more generous serving, but what I got felt quite underwhelming. I left the shop feeling unsatisfied both in terms of taste and value for money.

This is a beautiful spot in the downtown area of Franklin IN. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly "I will be with you in a few". Even if there was a million people, I would wait. She was very friendly and patient. This place is very clean and the ambience is everything. They have a great menu with very reasonable price. They also sell fresh meats from a local place called Fischers. I didn't get to take pics but I also had a delicious brownie and my daughter had a TMNT popsicle. I myself was excited to see these along with the Powerpuff one and the old fashioned snowballs. I'm from Alabama and ice cream trucks are always riding around and there's none here that I know of so for Millies to offer this made me fall in love even more. I will definitely be back but yall please go visit this place. Thank you for making me and my daughter...
