Starbucks — Restaurant in Franklin

I usually always come to this location versus the one across town cause the staff is nice and it’s never usually a long wait. Well, whoever was working the drive through window today (9/13/24) around 11:30 AM was rude as hell. As I was heading to the window I was searching in my purse for my wallet which I ended up not being able to find. I was super embarrassed and told him “I’m so sorry I have to go home and get my wallet I must have forgotten it” (I didn’t even think to use the app cause I was just embarrassed) anyway, when I said that to him he just looked at me, rolled his eyes and slammed the drive through window shut…

I ended up coming back through after I realized I could just use the app and he was obviously still at the window and when he saw me he again rolled his eyes, said nothing, handed me my order and shut the window.

I have no clue why he was so annoyed or inconvenienced by the fact I forgot my wallet but he sure as hell made it very clear how he felt. I understand people have bad days and the service industry can be a pain in the ass but there was no need for him to act the way he did and make me feel more embarrassed than I...

I placed a mobile order and picked it up at the drive thru. After I drove away I took a sip of my coffee and realized it was somebody else's. After I finished cleaning my car at the car wash I went back to get my coffee. When I told them they gave me the wrong one the woman at the counter handed me the one that they had made an hour ago. When I asked for a new coffee instead of the one I felt would be watery the worker was clearly irritated with me. I waited another 5 minutes to receive my new coffee. I love Starbucks. I go every single day to either plainville(in target), medfield, and franklin. I usually go to Plainville because they all know my order snd they ALWAYS make my drink right. Ive stopped going to Franklin much, but its closest to my house in norfolk. I always try it and aside from a few times its been made horrible and tastes like water basically. I always get a Trenta very berry hibiscus refresher with light ice and spend $5.09 everyday. I have anxiety and am always too scared to be rude and ask for them to remake it espeically when its like that so often. it makes me sad bc i love starbucks and boolin on a budget and cant pay 5$ all the time for my drink if its made...
