LongHorn Steakhouse — Restaurant in Franklin

If I could I would give a 0 stars for this service. We awaited more than 2 hours to get our food, we had a table of 10 people. Our food arrived it came all wrong, I asked for 2 drinks, my drinks never arrived and I had to order again, I asked for a kid water and I also had to ask for it again. This place is a total mess when it comes to large parties to come and celebrate something. We stayed almost 5 hours in this hell place. The food is great but the service terrible. When we asked for our bill, our bill came all wrong, I’ve written down what me and my fiancé had after getting 3 bills wrong, and when they came with my check it was still wrong. We asked for the manager, the manager didn’t help at all, she pretended that she was helping but still did everything wrong again. Once again we waited for another 1 hours to get our bill, the only thing we wanted to do was pay and leave. Cuz if I could I would have left without even paying. While I was leaving a white guy asked us y we were not giving tips to them after their “hard work”. I mean, which hard work? None? Everything wrong, everything stressful, we all had small children, they were all already tired. I’m not sure if they treated us like that cuz we are Brazilians and we were speaking a different language, but none of us treated them without respect, or speaking to them in a different language that they don’t understand. Everyone talked to them to try to figure things out in English. Like I said before, we just wanted our bill right for us to pay and leave that place. Never go there to celebrate anything with your family. Also when we booked this it was days before our visit, we had called a day before to confirm if everything was all set, on the day we also called to confirm, and they asked us to let them know once we were 20 minutes away from them. We called and we let them know 30 minutes before we arrived, once we got there they still made us wait, the tables we ready and they never came to take us to our seats, we went and seated our selves. Our food, was great, but when it came, it was missing a bunch of our sides and a plate a plate was also missing, we had to remember them what was that we ordered. The manager said “we were waiting for us guys and u guys did not call us to let us know so we had sent our staff (cookers) away” which was kind of funny, because we had called them a bunch of times since the day before our visit. We've been a regular costumers at the longhorn Franklin branch, I'm not the type of person who write9 bad reviews about any restaurant coz I know everyone does mistakes, however the last couple times it was really bad until today we decided that's it no more, we thought to give them another chance but not more. 1st it started when we entered and we were sat beside the restroom door, we politely asked if we can change our table since the restaurant was almost empty and there only like 3 tables being served, the hostess started rolling her eyes, my husband was gonna say something to him but I told him not too. Then we ordered our food we ordered the kids sirloin for our kids and porterhouse for us which it was $30 something for each one, we told them we wanted them medium well all them. They took forever to get us the food and when the food came, our porterhouse steaks were burned from the outside and bloody from the inside, I dont think that that's how medium well is at all, and when we cut our kids steaks the plate was full of blood it as still completely raw from the inside. So they came took our steaks after another half an hour they got our steaks back I told her to put them to go coz we lost our appetite and my kids started getting cranky, she said she replaced the steaks for us and took the appetizer out " really" all this and u only take $9 out?? And last when we came home me and my husband wanted to eat out steak for dinner, it was still the same steak which she said it was replaced!!! We payed $100 worth of food for garbage.
