I am so fed up with this Panera location. I order the same thing every time I go here, and 9/10 times something is wrong. I get a you-pick-two; grilled chicken Caesar salad with extra dressing, and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup (and I always make sure to state that I want a bowl instead of a cup-which they charge extra for). Today I arrived back at work to find that my salad had no chicken on it. I double checked the receipt and I was charged. The "extra" dressing was hardly extra, both containers were about 1/3 full. The last time I went here, about 3 weeks ago, I arrived back at work to find I got a cup of soup instead of a bowl, BUT was charged for a bowl. The time before that my salad was the most pitiful thing I had ever seen. There was barely any lettuce, there were 4 or 5 croutons, and not much chicken at all. ONE of these times when I arrived to pick up my order, I was 1st in line, there were about 3 people waiting behind me. We all kind of walked in together. The 2 girls were bickering back and forth about a customer who had just phoned in to say she didn't receive her apple (big surprise). The cashier says to the other girl, "She called to tell me that she didn't get her apple. So I asked her if she wanted to speak to a manager, and she said, 'no.' So what does she want me to do about it?" Then she proceeded to say, "Hi," and take my order.... HMMM perhaps she was calling to tell you people to get your act together! It's ridiculous. People pay a lot for this fast food! I would understand it MORE if it was a McDonald's or something, but I usually walk out of Panera paying close to $15 for a rather small meal, and a drink if I'm lucky. And on the rare chance I do go to McDonald's, I never have an issue! I wrote an e-mail once a while back and heard nothing. ...

I previously boycotted them back when they were advertising "all natural" ingredients while using hydrogenated oils in many of their products, which is not a "natural" ingredient. Since they have since dropped that marketing, i wished to try them agian. I ordered the half sandwich and cup of soup. The soup was a creamy squash soup..very flavorful, but extremely salty. The sandwich was the Mediterranean veggie. I subbed in the ciabatta, and found it very chewy, but the overall sandwich flavors were good. The efficiency and speed is goos, but I'd gladly wait longer if the final product would be better. Later, i had a coffee and a tried a couple baked goods. The coffee is decent, but could've been hotter. The cinnamon coffee cake was very very dry, and dense, bordering on tough. It was not enjoyable. The warm freshly baked chocolate chip cookie was cooked well, but it had too many chocolate chips, and was nearly half chocolate. Some people may like this, but the result was that the cookie was way too sweet. Regarding ambience, the vibration on the devices are so strong that it makes a most unpleasant noise when it goes off. In addition, there was the occasional "Carol!", that was yelled out by the staff to get a customer's attention. I wish there were more quality bakery/cafés in the area, because it just seems that the attention to detail is almost completely gone now that they do such massive business and have so much profit. Sad... success breeds complacency, and I'm afraid that this feedback will likely fall on deaf ears. Support local businesses when you can, or else you'll be left with dry...

I should have known better than to order here again where Everytime I do order it comes out worse than the last time! I ordered over $50 worth of food and didn't even get parts of my order. When I called to ask about it, the kid on the phone was very good said I could be refunded, but I had to come in even though I had ordered through the app. as I was sitting there waiting for him to talk to this "manager" Charlene i bit into my chicken sandwich which was completely raw. Itold him that I wanted to be completely refunded for every piece of my meal. He told me that wouldn't be a problem come in and the refund would go through. When I arrived, I spoke to Charlene, who is extremely defensive right off the bat. She told me that she would only reimburse me for the pick two meal that was not given to me, and that it was impossible for the chicken sandwich to be raw where everything is already pre-cooked. If that doesn't raise a red flag to anyone, I don't know what will. the food comes pre-cooked, frozen and reheated needless to say, I told her to keep her money, and I will never shop in her store again, she did not do anything to try and appease the situation just showed...
