Five Guys — Restaurant in Franklin

Bad customer service cashier/manager was extremely rude!

4 out of 5 times i’ve been to this location. It’s been bad. Fries are over Salty burgers are dry. Their soda machine is disgusting. Really dirty and cashiers are always rude.

stay away.!!!

Every five guys I’ve been closes at 10 PM. This location closes at 8pm.

I walked in to the restaurant at 7:55 pm (I didn’t know they close at eight because all five guys close at 10)

Two girls cooking, and they kept staring at me. One of the small girls ran to the back got the manager/cashier.

Manager/cashier walked out with an attitude, said “ we close in one minute. What do you want me to do cook a burger in one minute?”

I understand that is not fair for a customer to come in a minute before they close, but I was there for five minutes standing for someone to take my order and they were just staring at me and second I didn’t know they closed at eight because every other location for five guys close at 10. I would’ve happily just said OK I understand you closed, but if the girl would’ve said more nicely, not just with a big attitude. And by the way, I used to work at five guys🍔🍟 for three years when I was in high school and they made me cook to whoever customer came before 10 PM. It could be 959 and if the customer came in and they would get a burger!

This is the only location where I have had to write a review because of how bad customer service and food is, love five guys except...

I called Five Guys with my order and the manager said I needed to use the app. I made my order via the app and asked for a delivering between 2:00-2:30pm. By 2:45pm that order had not arrived. When I called the store the manager said that someone else came and picked it up. But I know for a fact no one did and I had the order number which was given to no one else. The manager said that I could have the food if I came to pick it up. I came to pick it up but I had already been charged a service charge, delivery fee and a tip. When I complained to the manager, he said that food was delivered to the wrong address which was a change in the original explanation. Additionally I had ordered 15 cheeseburgers. When I got home not one burger had any cheese on it even though it was what I was charged for. My order was...

I had been to wedding in WATERBURY , Ct.and was driving back ALONE to my cottage in North Eastham, Massachusetts.

Walked into this store at 9: 53 pm when it closed at 10:00 pm 5 young men staffers had cleaned grills, shake machines, fryer baskets, etc. as you would close to close. I walk me....tired 78 year old flew in from Seattle for wedding,, nowtraveling alone in rental car

They were gracious and kind and were actually anxious to help me get some food. I worked for Friendly Ice Cream as corporate trainer in 1970s in Massachusetts. I know what a grumpy staffer or what dirt behind ladies lav is.
